My cozy apartment is located in the heart of Vienna. The studio apartment is situated on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator. There is a large living - and sleeping room with a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a dining area for two people (table may be extended to a bigger size). Furthermore there is a separate bathroom with shower and bathtub. Excellent connection to public transport is more or less at your doorstep. The number 13A bus leads to the 7th district and to Vienna's biggest shopping street - the Mariahilferstrasse - and the tram number 5 and 33 take you to the center or even to one of Vienna‘s biggest train stations - the Westbahnhof. The subway U2 Rathaus is only seven minutes, the U6 is a ten minute walk away. The apartment is located in an area with plenty of restaurants, bars and galleries. The typical old Viennese Cafe Florianihof is worth a visit. Diagonal to the apartment there is also the award-winning restaurant GU that offers authentic Chinese cuisine. The Theater an der Josephsstadt and some parks are nearby and you can walk to the City Hall, Parliament, downtown, etc. The closest laundromat is the "Waschcenter TOP" on Ottakringer Straße 52, 1170 Wien Hernals Phone: 069 911525608 / waschcentertop.at

Cosy & Convenient Viennese Charm

Our place is located in the 2nd district of Vienna, in between 2 famous parks and is well connected to anywhere in the city. The building is quite old, offering tall ceilings and an overall charming 'alt bau' style. Our guests are welcome to enjoy our 2nd floor home that we put together very lovingly, keeping the vienese essence alive. We are sure you will enjoy the jacussi in the large bathroom and perhaps some entertainment on the projector afterwards! It is a restful space to come back to.

The Tinyhouse Lambada is a modern small house lovingly decorated and offers the comforts of a normal modern large house on 28m². Enjoy 2 or more nights in the Weinviertel in a tiny house with quiet terrace. Private parking is available directly in front of the house and the Wolkersdorf express train station is 10 minutes away.
