I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and refreshingly airy, making it the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A large, beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need. Every corner is thought out. It can't be described in 2 words, just trust my experience, this is the best apartment you can find. In addition to all this, it is located in the newest area, the houses here are illuminated with lights like in the city of the future. Here you can walk along the streets like the streets in Europe, which are very beautiful and open. You can go into any yard and admire the design. I really liked the owners too. I highly recommend!

Thao’s apartment was just as described and as shown in the picture. The surrounding area has lots of playgrounds, restaurants and there is a new mall at about 15 minutes walk. The grand park was under renovation but once finished it will look amazing. Thao is very accommodating and responsive. The only problematic issues I would mention, is that it is quite far from the city centre as others have stated, but we knew this already and that the fire alarm in the building goes off at least once a day and/or night. This can be annoying and if there is actually a fire, people would probably ignore it at first. However these issues are not Thao’s fault and she was a great host. I can 100% recommend her place to anyone looking for a few days in HCMC.

Pretty new condo with high ceilings and good location in the middle of what called Grand Park Residence. 24/7 store downstairs, bunch of a great restaurants in the area for delivery. If talking cons, towels were overused otherwise solid 5 star place for the money!

The place was nice, clean, and lovely. The kitchen was nice. We had to improvise with our coffee maker, but the kitchen was fantastic. The living room was spacious, with a good TV and comfortable sofa. The bedroom was well-lit, with amazing views, and its bathroom was lovely. The en-suite room had everything needed and excellent lighting; attached bathroom, featuring a superb Japanese toilet, is highly recommended. The laundry room was acceptable, and the balcony was sufficiently spacious. Although the WiFi was slow, it worked for remote work. Transportation was convenient: a free, air-conditioned e-bus connects to the city in 1.5 hours, and a free circular bus serves the area. The downstairs staff were friendly. The swimming pool was amazing. The gym was acceptable though it had only five treadmills and non-operational AC. The kids’ park and play area were fantastic.
