House holiday rentals in Dongan-gu

The elders loved it when I took them. The host was so kind, and I took my baby, and the room was so clean, and I had a really warm stay before heading out. They even gave me kimchi when they said they were going to grill meat, and the affection was warm. I'll be going if my parents come from far away next time! Thank you~!

It is the best stay in Korea ever. The Hanok is beautiful and big enough for 5 of us. It was only few minutes walk to the nearest mtr station, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Bathroom was spacious and hot water supply was quite stable. Jun was helpful and made prompt replies. We hope we can stay for longer next time. ❤️💙

Could not have loved the place more. Super convenient, yet private. The host her is so lovely, she waited for us to show us around the place when we checked in, making an espresso for us and teaching us how to use the washing machine. She even agreed to see me once more so I could pick up a ring I had left behind

Awesome place to stay (I was here 13 days)! Very clean, peaceful; many cafe/restaurants around; park around the river I liked to walk there; a metro station 3-5 min to go. Sophia is very friendly, helped me with all my questions, she paid me a taxi from the airport!

It was nice that it wasn't far from the suburbs of Seoul Gyeonggi. It was so nice to talk about the men and eat meat on the bonfire. The accommodation was quiet and tidy. I asked a lot of questions from the host, but he answered me right away. I left the electric toothbrush by mistake, but thank you for sending it by courier. Thanks to you, I made good memories.

I used it well with my family for the holidays

We really enjoyed our stay at "Heewa". The place looks stunning just like the pictures, and it's very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Hyehwa Station is only about 10 minutes walk from the house, and Changgyeonggung and Gyeongbokgung palaces are very close by. Our host was fantastic with clear and prompt communication whenever we had questions. She even helped us book our spa treatment at Lavish Spa. Thank you very much for hosting us.

I stayed at the property for a month, two weeks of it with my mother as we traveled together. The view of the apartment is beautiful at night and the location is magnificent. It's super easy to get anywhere in Seoul thanks to good bus and train connection. There is also everything you need for everyday life in the vicinity. The apartment is cute and the bed is big and comfortable. You really have everything you need. The apartment is absolutely perfect for one person. For two people, the storage space may get a little tight for long stays for clothes, but it is still doable. All in all we had a wonderful stay

I needed a place to stay because I had a few days in Seoul, but I found this place while looking for a cleaner and more comfortable place than a hotel. Usually, the majority of the Internet photos are different from the real thing, but the interior here is clean and well done, and there are plenty of household supplies, so I was very satisfied. I had a comfortable stay like my own home. I'll use it again next time I come to Seoul.

The host and place is amazing. The only downside is the location, which is a hike to get to and I even had taxi drivers more than once deny me a ride because of how steep it is. It is about a 10 minute walk to the subway and nearest food. Everything else is amazing. The place has a great view. The hosts are so kind and respond quickly. They make sure you have a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and it is pretty good value for the space. The doors are a little low so if you are 6 foot you may hit your head a couple times (I did). I would consider this place again, but if I had toddlers that walked, I think it would be difficult because of the hill.

The accommodation was tidy and good for a day's sleep. There are convenience stores nearby, and there are many restaurants just a short walk away, so it's good!

The place was cozy and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was truly a great place to stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The place was super clean, cozy:) Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—maybe even better! The bed was comfy, the space was well organized! But what really stood out was the host. She was incredibly kind and patient—even when I asked a bunch of random (and kind of silly😅) questions, she always replied quickly and with such a friendly attitude. And one more thing, the location was also great—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. I’d love to come back again someday!!

I was worried when I saw a review that said it smelled.. but it was my concern. There was no smell ~ ~ It was nice that the room was warm. There was a different comfort from the bed life. I like the bedding ~ The host even had a moka port, so I drank good coffee.

The place and the neighbourhood were lovely and we felt very welcomed. It was absolutely worth it to travel here even though it wasn’t that near to Seoul center. There were a lot of restaurants, cafés and parks near, for example if you want to hike up to bukhansan it’s very close! Suji was very kind, flexible and helped us with everything.

Everything was fine. The description and photos correspond to reality. They prepared a lighter for the barbecue and a gas burner. It was only necessary to buy coal. Convenient! Otherwise, everything is fine. We booked for 1 night.

Welcoming, generous, and bilingual host. Clearly takes pride in maintaining the gardens and the house interior and cleanliness. Top-notch appliances and furnishings. Mattresses were a bit hard and the bath towels a bit small but maybe this is better-suited for local Korean preferences. Once you arrive at Louie House, you feel you have everything you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Chuck, the host, was super quick to respond and really helpful, which made everything go smoothly and made my time there even more enjoyable. The place was not just clean and comfy, but it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It was just perfect for our big family of 14. The location couldn’t be better – tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a perfect peaceful getaway after a long day of exploring the city. I really appreciated how close it was to the subway; it made getting around Seoul a breeze. Plus, there are tons of great restaurants nearby, serving a variety of tasty local dishes to enjoy. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Seoul. It’s an awesome place to relax while still being close to all the city’s attractions. I would absolutely come back here.

I really like this house, the location is good. It is also very close to Hongdae shopping district at the subway station, and there is a convenience store coffee shop at the door. Clean interior and ready to switch plugs ~ Have a great stay next time you come to Korea.❤️

David was a very responsive host and everything you would ask for when booking an Airbnb -- listing was as described with clear / functional wifi and all amenities. The home is in a good location (approximately 10 minute walk to the Hongdae station, which connects directly without transfer by subway to both Incheon and Gimpo airports) and it is easy to get around Seoul to explore while having things to do and great places to eat nearby. That is all that we can usually ask for as a more budget-friendly traveler! The Airbnb apartment is located with a few steps up on the 1.5 floor of the building with two other apartments on the same floor, and you can generally hear when others enter or leave their rooms but cannot hear them when they are inside their own apartments.
