「川宅」一棟建於昭和時期，位於巷弄內的古典日式建築，座落六甲區商經地帶，是一處充滿歷史底蘊的角落，承載著豐富的人文故事，見證了台南六甲在地人文、歷史；一分鐘走到六甲信仰中心恒安宮、百年剉冰老店、傳統市場、週五限定巷口夜市。 「川宅」全園區擁有兩個不同風貌建築特色，日式木構建築及RC平頂屋構，佔地面積457.39M2；木構建築以繪木為主，進入園區就會被淡淡的香味吸引，走進木構主體建築內更散發本質的芬多精，清新、自然、溫暖、舒適的木質香氣，亦是天然的空氣淨化機，創造出一個平靜放鬆的空間，有助於提升睡眠質量哦！！ *不提供早餐，川宅位於六甲市中心，邀請貴賓品嚐當地特色美食。
