We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

It was exactly as shown in the photos. It's spacious and pleasant. There is no toothpaste, so be sure to bring yours!! I'll use it again next time!

I was able to stay comfortably.Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. were nearby, which was convenient.The express bus terminal was also close by and very convenient.I would like to use it again when I have errands in Anjo.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Can’t complain anything. The location is superb just right outside of exit twelve of Suwon Station. Major buses also stopped just outside main road which made it very easy for sightseeing. The only gripe was if you carry heavy luggage you need to have strong arms to bring them through the underground mall of suwon station to exit 12. Other than that, the room was great and clean. And it was still quite quiet and peaceful for sleeping at night. Highly recommended for solo travellers.

It was an accommodation I stayed with a baby, but it was clean, had all the necessary items, and there were no clutter. There was a lot to eat nearby, and it was nice to take a walk.

It was an accommodation where the host's kindness, attention to detail, and sensibility really stood out! I loved the beautifully decorated room condition, and I rested comfortably! I have been very satisfied and comfortable with this Airbnb for the past two months. The accommodation was cleanly maintained and well-equipped with the necessary facilities for living. In addition, it was located in the center of a dense area with boutique shops and restaurants nearby, so life was very convenient. The host was also very kind, responsive, and very considerate, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience throughout my stay. This was the most outstanding Airbnb I have experienced in the area and if I ever come back next time, I would choose this place again.

It is connected to Dongtan Station, so transportation is convenient, and since it is on the upper floor of the department store building, the amenities such as cafes and restaurants are great. Even in the summer, the air conditioner is connected to the accommodation, so it's cool. The location is good, so I go on vacation to this building every time, and Elstay was the most thoughtful and kind of the host. I rested comfortably like my own home with warm heart and consideration. Thank you!

I stayed with my daughter for two weeks. First of all, the location and transportation are really good. 1 minute walk from the train. 20 minutes to Gangnam! They also set the airport bus right in front of you. There are many convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The officetel is neat and cute. The bed is comfortable. I didn't eat in the kitchen, but there are all the necessary utensils, and the Nespresso and electric kettle are very useful. Laundry You used the drying rack, hair dryer, etc. all useful. Above all, a kind host. Please answer questions right away. Please send it to Coupang right away when you run out of detergent. I stayed really comfortably before heading out.

I went with my family and my in-laws because of a relative's birthday party! I have three infants and toddlers, and I had a very comfortable stay ~ ^_^ First, don't go home, let's go here again!:) I'll stay again next time I come to Pyeongtaek❤️

Even though there are restaurants and convenience stores close to the station, I think the price is cheap.

Anny is an incredible host, very kind and considerate. The stay was pleasant thanks to her, always available, I even felt like I was asking her too much but she was never hurtful. Anny is adorable and functional housing. I thank Anny again for her attention and gifts.

There was a lake park and department store nearby, and it was convenient to have everything nearby! The accommodation was the same as the photos. The bed was fluffy, so it was comfortable to sleep, and more✩ than anything, I prioritized cleanliness, but it was really clean and nice. I want to use it again later!!

It was such a worthy stay for a long trip of 6 families.The 3 rooms were tidy and the air conditioning worked well. There was a separate laundry room, so it was really nice to be able to do laundry. Plenty of parking space definitely reduced the stress of having to drive a car in Korea The manager always kindly brought me plenty of towels, so I had a really comfortable time. It's a place I want to visit again on my next trip.

We had a great time, and the geographical location of the place was good. You can see the park from the window, there are two shopping malls downstairs, and there is a lot of good food. It matches the house and photos, and has everything you need. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to communicate well because I was a foreigner, but the landlord responded well.I tried to take out the garbage before I went, but I couldn't take it because the time was too short.🙏 Anyway, it's a good house ~💛

The shampoo, soap, conditioner, and towels were well equipped for living, and there was a dryer and other coffee capsules, so it was really nice to be able to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Next time I go to Korea, I think I'll come back.
