Our apartment is super close to the beach a 3-minute walk away. We also have an electric generator. and water cistern. Our apt. is located on the second floor of the property .

Beautiful and cozy small studio located a just few steps to the beach. Cozy Blue Small Studio is close to a mini market and 5 minutes from the nearest shopping center. Restaurants, local bars and cinema are just 5-10minutes away. Dorado city is a 35 minutes drive from Old San Juan, Condado, and the airport. We recommend to our visitors outside the island that they rent a car so that they can enjoy better.
