Magnificent ocean view

Three level villa located in the Dorado del Mar residential area. It is near the ocean with direct access to the beach. It is a very quiet gated community. It has two pools, one of the pool for children. There is a gym and a children playground for the guests. The villa is a three level walkup apartment. There are three rooms, all with a private bathroom. There is an additional bathroom in the living room/dining room area. There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and living/dining area.

We constantly purchase quality new equipment such as sleeper sofas with comfy mattress and desk for remote working. You will love the best view in the whole hotel complex which is the ONLY reason I purchased before construction. Two bedrooms, five beds, for 9 guests plus 2 full bathrooms, Jacuzzi and hotel amenities like a pool and private beach. Unit is always in high demand.
