A bright and modern house with a south facing garden which will sleep eight people & has a private driveway for three cars. The house is located in the desirable area of Lodmoor ; a fifteen minute walk on flat ground leading you to Weymouth Beach, The Esplanade & Local Attractions. It's also located on a bus route with various locations to visit and a pub within walking distance serving great food.

It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Recently converted guest suite in a house situated in the middle of a picturesque village in Dorset. Private access through your own front door and set aside from the main house to ensure privacy. Private area outside for your use or you are welcome to explore the extensive gardens and woodland. Cooking facilities are limited but fridge, microwave, electric hob, toaster and kettle are supplied. Good food is served in the village pub a short stroll away. Dorchester town is a 10 minute drive.
