Castle holiday rentals in Doubs

Très bon séjour pour une fête de famille. Il y a assez de salle de bains pour tout le monde, la cuisine est agréable. Le jardin et le trampoline ont été apprécié par les petits et les plus grands aussi.

Not many travelers get to say that they’ve stayed in a chateau like Jacques’ in Thenissey. I live in Dijon and used to work in the area so when I found this accommodation to surprise my mom & brother during their visit, we were all overwhelmed with the simple beauty of this chateau and the countryside around it. Jacques is very kind and welcoming. If we needed anything, he was just a phone call away. He offered to show us around his chateau and we regret not finding the time to do so in our plans. The accommodation is modern and up to date with everything you need, including in the kitchen and two bathrooms. A train does by pass by but you will need a car to explore the region. And come already equipped with groceries and a full tank of gas because the closest supermarket is about 15-20min away! We absolutely loved the moats, “feeding” the fish, the staircase into the basement, and even the chateau-smell that makes this experience absolutely worth it during your visit to Burgundy.

Nous avons été accueilli par Gabrielle qui est d'une douceur, gentillesse et bienveillance tellement agréable. Nous avons eu la chance d'apprendre lors d'une petite visite, l'histoire du château, c'était passionnant. Ce cadre hors du temps nous a fait un bien fou. Tout était parfait. Expérience tout à fait agréable! L'accueil de Murielle était parfait ainsi que le petit-déjeuner préparé par ses soins. L'endroit est magnifique et c'est peu de le dire! Nous avions la piscine rien que pour nous. Literie impeccable. Nous aimerions revenir !

Rewelacyjny pobyt Wielokrotnie zwiedzałem podobne obiekty jako turysta i zawsze marzyłem aby zamieszkać w jednym z tych pomieszczeń. Dzięki dwóm wspaniałym i pełnych pasji siostra udało mi się spełnić moje marzenie. Śniadanie było przepyszne, a po nim mieliśmy fantastyczną niespodziankę, całkowicie za darmo mieliśmy wycieczkę po całym zamku wraz z podziemiami

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le gîte est parfait pour 4 personnes : 2 chambres dont une grande, literie confortable, bon équipement, charme des vieilles pierres. Le parc est très agréable, la piscine est grande (mais un peu fraîche en cette fin de mois d'août) et le lieu idéal pour visiter Beaune et ses alentours. Très bon accueil également : informations claires et communication facile. Nous recommandons !

Die absolute Ruhe und das Schloss mit seiner einmaligen Natur haben wir sehr genossen. Wir konnten vom Schlossfenster und dem schönen Garten die Gegend immer wieder neu sehen. Einmal überschwemmte der Bach ganze Felder, einmal war Sturm und der Wind zog durch das Gemäuer und wir erlebten schöne Sonnenaufgänge. Vielen Dank für alles. Liebe Grüsse Karin

Wohnen im Schloss - ein Traum! Grosses Zimmer, grosser Kühlschrank und extra Tiefkühler! Bettsofa für 3./4. Person hat nicht sehr bequeme Matratze.

Superbe séjour ! Des jeux en pagaille, comme nous l espérions. Les quadragénaires nostalgiques que nous sommes avons adoré ce we de régression :-)

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Tout était parfait, le lieu (intérieur et extérieur), les hôtes (gentils et disponibles) Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain.

We Loved our stay at Longcourt en Plain, Corrine was a great host, so helpful. We wanted to ride the bikes but one had a flat tyre which was fixed so we could ride the canal in the morning which we appreciated. Beautiful surroundings and castle, and we enjoyed the tour of the castle and the history of the family. There isnt really anywhere to eat so you need to drive to Dijon or Dole , 40 minutes away and book a restaurant in advance. Highly recommend this stay

We hebben hier als gezin met 5 jongens een super leuke tijd gehad. Heerlijk ruime plek en met plezier met zn allen verstoppertje gespeeld. Geen luxe plek/inrichting/voorzieningen, maar prijs kwaliteit verhouding was echt prima. Heerlijke omgeving tegen het bos aan. Het huis was boven verwachting lekker warm door houtverwarming en openhaard. Ook lekker warm bad en douche. Vriendelijk contact met beheerder en eigenaresse. Overall erg tevreden!

Tout était absolument parfait, de la prise en compte du logement à la restitution. Appartement décoré avec goût, très pratique, avec tout le nécessaire à l’intérieur. Petite surprise très appréciable durant le séjour. Merci

Such an amazing experience!! The hosts were very friendly, the room was quirky and very tidy/clean, the grounds were gorgeous and the dogs welcomed us warmly on arrival. Highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant as the food was delicious and made our stay!

We loved our stay here! The staff was friendly and the unique accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Note that if you stay at this spot, the walk up to the castle is quite steep. In the future, we would likely arrive by car rather than public transit because the last block of walking is exhausting, especially with bags.
