Ground level private entrance, comfortable new Queen bed and blackout blinds make it easy to sleep to the sound of the creek. The private road to our small beach front neighborhood adds to the charm.

Downtown Hillside Cabin

Charming downtown cabin high on the hill above Juneau. Those willing to brave the nearly 100 steps from where the steep street turns into public stairway, will find great views from our early 20th century miner's cabin. Perfect for the active couple or traveling medical professionals needing short term housing. The cabin is surprisingly secluded being so close to town. The loft bedroom is only accessible by an 18-inch narrow staircase. A peaceful cabin close to town in a cozy rustic setting.

Kick back and relax in our stylish brand-new space in the woods. Constructed in the fall of 2022...our apartment has it's own private entrance but is attached to a larger home. Enjoy gorgeous views! We are a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Auke Rec and a 1-2 minute drive (20 minute walk) to Lena Beach. Amenities include spa shower, laundry, and beautifully appointed/stocked kitchen. Pottery Barn couch is a pull-out with memory foam mattress. *Comfy for 2 people - technically sleeps 4 max.

Attached unit w/ 2 lofts, big backyard on river

A modest soundproofed space, attached to larger house. One bedroom with queen bed, second full bed in a loft. A second loft w/ twin mattress & plenty more sleeping space is accessible by ladder above small bathroom with shower. Both lofts have limited standing room (5-6 ft). There is a kitchen with a 4 person table, propane oven/stove, on demand hot water. There is a separate room with washer dryer, sauna, and clawfoot bath tub. The backyard is on the Mendenhall River, located in the wetlands.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Centrally located in Mountainside Estates just above Twin Lakes. Upper floor has two bedrooms and full bath. Lower floor has kitchen, living room, and dining room, with bonus room currently set up as third bedroom. Washer and dryer and storage room with seperate exterior entrance. Very clean, comfortable , updated home. Private landscaped zen garden backyard for relaxing and grilling outside.

Incredible views of the channel and downtown Juneau, only 15 minutes walking to the Capitol. Private beach access, the perfect beach bonfire location, and your own washer/dryer. Located next door to a convenience store means you can grab essentials whenever you want. Host is a lifelong local who can direct you to hikes, tours, and anything else you might need. All of the downtown access without any of the noise.
