Booked for a week, I had a great stay over here. The host is friendly, always there for me whenever I needed help. The house look the same as what was shown on the pictures. The location within walking distance to a few attractions. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, such as AMASIA and more. Thank you allowing me to stay here.

The location is ideal—tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet, yet only a short walk from the souks, Jemaa el-Fnaa square, and many cultural sites. The staff went above and beyond to help with restaurant reservations, hammam recommendations, and even organizing a day trip to the Atlas Mountains. Staying here felt like a true Moroccan experience. I would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting Marrakech—whether it’s your first time or your fifth. I’ll definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated riad, as advertised. The location is ideal: close to Jemaa el-Fna square, but far enough away to enjoy the calm. Jean-Marc and Nathalie were very responsive, with easy exchanges and excellent organization for our excursions and transfers. A huge thank you to Mohamed, who welcomed us as soon as we arrived: He took the time to drive us to the heart of the medina and the souks and made us discover the Ourika valley in an authentic way. He is helpful, caring, extremely kind to our children, always available to give good advice and reachable if needed. Special handling also in Fatima for his delicious couscous and tagine, probably the best cook in Marrakech, smiling and adorable. This stay probably wouldn't have been the same if we hadn't stayed at this Riad. We recommend this Riad without a second thought!

Really lovely riad in a great location. Christian-Andre was really responsive and helpful when making the booking and Oussama was great in organising trips and taxis when we were there. The riad is in a good , quiet location. The nearby local Berber market is useful if you want to get some street food and the walk into the main souks is very easy. The rooms in the riad were spacious and clean and the pool was pretty warm and pleasant to relax in. The breakfast was filling too.

We had a pleasant stay at Fatiha's villa. The photos match perfectly. Fatiha is very responsive whenever we need something. We were able to benefit from the services of the stove and transportation and it was a real plus. Thank you for everything. We'll be back with pleasure

Very beautiful Riad, pleasant to live in for a relaxing stay away from noise and yet in the heart of the medina. Matthieu is a proactive host, very attentive. He answered any questions we had and shared his knowledge of the city with his recommendations of things to see, do or taste. Everything was organized from scratch for our arrival (pick up from the airport to the Riad). Now the cherry on the cake: FATIMA. This woman is a gem. Always available, caring for residents, extremely kind, gentle, generous and caring, she radiates in her kitchen. Its small dishes are just excellent and very hearty (even breakfast is pantagruleic). In addition, she did not hesitate to take her time to accompany us in the souks and recommend where to buy something. And at the same time so discreet when she's there.

We had an absolutely perfect week of vacation. The hospitality was exceptional, warm and caring, and clearly contributed to the success of our stay. The accommodation was spotless, ideally located in the heart of the souk, which allowed us to do everything on foot and fully enjoy the local atmosphere. Breakfasts were delicious, varied and served with care. We were also very well advised, both in advance of our arrival and throughout our stay. The services offered have far exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you for this beautiful experience — we will be back without hesitation!

I stayed for three nights with my family and we had a great experience. Shawn is very friendly and responds quickly. The house matches the description perfectly. The area is calm and safe, and the view of the pool in the early morning or at night is absolutely stunning! I recommend it 100%

I highly recommend Mrs. Amina's apartment, which is carefully furnished and with all the comforts more than essential, the apartment is very clean, a beautiful ground floor with direct access to the pool (much better than in the photos), on behalf of my little family, a big thank you and see you next year inchallah.

I thank Smahine and her team, they were very welcoming and the communication was good. They're accommodating and quick to respond to your needs. The villa is located in a quiet location and not overlooked in relation to the neighbors, we had a good week with the equipment offered!

Great staff at the villa, easy booking, very accommodating, great food, felt very comfortable, not easy travelling with x6 children but we had a very pleasant experience and the manger was also very helpful.

The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It's in a great location—close to everything, and you can walk to most places. The host was kind and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it!

great place to stay with family. Charming little traditional country house. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet. The setting is peaceful, close to nature. The cat of the house, will come to give you visits for the happiness of the children. The dog on the property is very nice, he loves petting and will ask again 😅 regarding the equipment, you will find a kitchen with all the necessities, even coffee for the hooks! The bedding is very comfortable and there were a sufficient number of bath towels. We were not used to staying in this type of accommodation and it was a pleasant experience, too bad weather did not allow us to better enjoy the outdoors.

We had a great stay at the appartment. Calm neighbourhood but we definitely felt save to walk around!

With a few friends we had a very nice stay in Marrakech, as soon as we arrived at the accommodation we knew we were going to have fun. Large well-equipped apartment that is in a secure residence Presence of tennis lessons and pool Maryam was very responsive to our every request, we had been able to leave the accommodation much later than expected, very friendly and pleasant person she would try to make your stay easier. i would recommend this person😊

This was a first time in Morocco/Marrakech, but we have lived in the Middle East for a few years. We loved the place. Marrakech is pretty touristy, but the house feels really authentic and comfortable. It is set back one street from one of the main thoroughfares in the souk, so you are within easy walking access of most of the msjor cultural sites, as well as all the bustle of the souk itself. A great place to return to during the heat of the day, either to rest in the cool downstairs or in the shade on the roof terrace. It is not the 5 star luxury which expensive riads will offer (there is one next door but one), but the experience was excellent. The food for our first night and breakfast next morning were just what we wanted. Nothing flashy. We took advantage of the transfer to and from the airport. A bit more expensive, but it took the hassle out of getting to and from the airport. We are very experienced travelers in the Middle East, but navigating the souk is not for beginners!

n amazing stay at Villa Oasis! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with rare warmth and kindness. Nabil, our host, was attentive, always available and responsive to answer our questions. Saloua delighted us with its hearty and tasty dishes – a real joy every day! Special mention to Ismail, our top driver: punctual, nice, and always in a good mood. The villa is just beautiful: the perfect pool for children, super well appointed exteriors, all in the relaxing calm of the palm grove. This is really a little piece of heaven in Marrakech.
