The farm Strandheim is located 532 meters above sea level in Kjøremsgrende, in the very south of the mountain village Lesja. The farm produces milk and meat and is located in quiet surroundings with beautiful nature, wildlife and mountains. The river Lågen in the immediate vicinity offers great opportunities for swimming and fly fishing in our zone. Short distance to Dovrefjell and Dombås, among others. You have the storage room for yourself. We now offer breakfast baskets with everything you need for a good start to the day. NOK 125 per person. Must be ordered the day before by 7 pm

We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

Lean back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. Here you can enjoy the view of Dovrefjell and Rondane from the bed or from the living room. Spectacular hiking opportunities right outside the door. Snøhetta is a day's march away into the realm of the musk ox. Possibilities for a ride on horseback, cycling on Tour de Dovre or walking Pilgrimsleden. Fishing in Kvitdalsvatna or on Hjerkinndammen. 4 km to Hjerkinn station. By car it is 35 min to Oppdal, 25 min to Dombås and about 15 min to the nearest store (Dalholen).

Grimsdalen is an idyllic valley between Dovre and Folldal. Here you can relax and find tranquility in great nature, with many opportunities for activities and trips. Our farmhouse in the mountain farm village Tverrlisetra has a good and pleasant atmosphere, but with modern facilities that make the stay easier. Here you have to cater for yourself, but with solar panel, gas stove and running water. From Tverrlisetra you can find many hiking destinations in easy hiking terrain just outside the door.

Cozy cabin by Grimsdalen

Great location year-round. The nearest ski lift is 30 minutes away, but cross-country trails pass right by the cabin, giving easy access to winter activities. In summer, enjoy hiking south toward Rondane or north toward Dovrefjell. The cabin is just below the tree line, close to the toll road to Grimsdalsvegen. To prepare the cabin, we send a website in advance with info and options to pre-order bed linen, towels, firewood, EV charging, and more. These are not included.

Cozy wooden cottage at campsite

Relax and unwind in this wooden cottage overlooking the river. The cottage has a kitchen with stove, fridge and nice dining area. There is a bedroom with two beds and a sofa bed in the cozy living room. In addition, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a door to the sunny terrace facing south. The cottage is located on a campsite with a playground and a fire pit with a barbecue. The campsite is located between 3 national parks: Jotunheimen, Dovrefjell and the Rondane.

Location: Skårbu is located in a free/sunny location on Høvringen in Gudbrandsdalen in an area with cabins, setergrender and hotels/mountain lodges. Høvringen has a shop with an inn located about 700 m from the cabin. There is a daily bus service to Otta. The mountain area has established a network of trails in summer and winter, with access to Rondane National Park. Charming and modern log cabin with high standard, idyllically located on Skogsætrin at Rondane National Park. Located in the middle of the mountains, with a short distance to great hiking trails, cross-country trails and beautiful nature all year round. It is fully equipped with running water and electricity, and offers the perfect combination of comfort and mountain tranquility. Quiet area, not for parties. Minimum age: 25 years.

Mariplass seter

Mariplass seter er en perle som ligger på Dovrefjell. Det er en koselig seter med fem sengeplasser. I stua er det en vedovn som varmer godt. Kjøkkenet består av en koketopp som går på gass, med plass til tre kjeler. Vann kan man finne til høyre for utedoen. Der finnes også nedbygd «kjøleskap». Området består av et rikt dyreliv, og dersom man er heldig kan man kan få øye på blant annet villrein, rype, hare og moskus.
