Skylights providing pleasant natural lighting throughout. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a relaxing place and so close to downtown! There is no A/C and no TV but plenty of reading material about the area and games for spending quality time with your companions. I have 3 separate places all next to each other.
