Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Downtown, Omaha

Great place for dogs and a great location. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The home felt secure and the dogs had plenty of space outside to run around. Lots of old charm in the building. When I visit Omaha in the future I’ll definitely check to see if this place is available.

Garrett and Tiffani communicating and took care of a plumbing problem immediately. The home was clean and set up nicely. I would recommend an ironing board, a variety of spices and maybe more dishes. I would also recommend more toilet paper and paper supplies. A bath mat in the upstairs bathroom too would be helpful for slipping.

An amazing place to stay! Absolutely beautiful home in a historic neighborhood. We loved it. Thoughtfully decorated and peaceful bedrooms made for a relaxing stay. Great host. Highly recommend !!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! This is a fantastic Airbnb, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The place itself was perfect—great location, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. However, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible host, Nil. Nil went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with a generous amount of snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout the stay, Nil was always quick to respond to any questions, making everyone feel truly cared for (including Moose the Dog). I genuinely wish all hosts were as fabulous and attentive as Nil! If you're looking for a great place to stay with an outstanding host, look no further! We look forward to staying at Nil’s home again.

Great place for a weekend getaway with friends. Kitchen had everything we needed (minus food) to make a few meals. View of the river was cool through the large living room windows. Hot tub was a plus. Everything worked and the house was clean and easy to use.

The backyard was fenced, spacious, and handy for our dogs. Beautifully decorated inside and had everything available at our fingertips. We will definitely reserve this home again!

We had a great time at the home! Everything was super clean and comfortable. Checking in was great, super easy. The beds were all really comfortable. My girls loved the hot tub. The best part is not having a list of instructions to have to follow to a T when we left! No extra clean up or special requirements that if not done end up incurring a fee! We were able to just have a relaxed morning packing up and heading out. We did, of course, clean up after ourselves but appreciated not feeling overwhelmed to do a list of chores before leaving.

This property suited our needs. We were in town for a family celebration, north and south of this location and it enabled us to travel seamlessly and quickly. We encountered an unexpected power outage in the neighborhood that threw the whole house into darkness as we entered. Andres responded immediately and offered solutions. Ultimately, because it was dark and cold, we chose to spend that first night with our daughter. Andres graciously refunded us that night's fee. The house is small but tidy and efficient, with convenient off street parking, off the back door. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the house felt cozy. There were plenty of towels, and blankets, and we were well taken care of. It is a traditional south Omaha neighborhood.

Had a comfortable stay for four weeks and had everything I needed. Gabriel was very quick to respond to any questions or issues prior and during the stay.

This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The house itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A huge plus, especially given the winter weather, was that the hosts kept the driveway and walkways clear of snow. This made getting in and out so much easier and safer. I really appreciated that extra effort. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to relax and get the reset I needed. Omaha is a nice area with plenty to do! The bedroom was a little small, but comfortable and just right for what the two of us needed. Plenty of dishes and accessories for cooking a meal. Would recommend to a couple looking for a quiet easy access place to stay!

Host was very hospitable. Great location and walkable to the baseball stadium and local nightlife. I would stay there again.

Second time I’ve stayed at one of Merrys places. Once again it was great. Exactly as described and felt like home away from home. Will for sure be staying here again next time I’m in town.

This place is the perfect place for a group stay. The loft room upstairs with beds for 8 is a perfect room for a big sleepover for kids/teens. The house was super clean and organized. Julie was a very responsive host and responded to any questions right away and gave clear instructions and lots of recommendations if you were new to the area. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to coming back.

“Wonderful Stay on the Water!” We had an amazing time at this beautiful, spacious Airbnb! The views were stunning, and being right on the water made the experience so much more special. We loved having the option to go kayaking during the day, which was a highlight. In the evenings, we enjoyed relaxing by the bonfire, which made for perfect cozy nights under the stars. The host was friendly and responsive, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor activities!

We couldn't be happier with the physical property and all of the items that were stocked and provided for entertainment and cooking. It was a bit more than we would normally spend but for our daughter's wedding we wanted to provide a gathering place for all of our traveling friends. I'd say it was overpriced for most people by 20% or so. BUT we loved it and Linda was the absolute epitome of an ideal host! We'll tell everyone and we'll find a reason to go back!

I had a bit of trouble locating the place since there was a number out front that didn’t match the house number. I went into town and asked; they assured me it was the right place! Once inside, I was instantly comfortable - lots of amenities, even things I would not have thought of, like first aid materials. There were outlets and cords available to charge my devices, which was greatly appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay!

This cabin was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen provided all the appliances from home! Highly recommend morning coffee on the patio to watch the sunrise across the lake!

Absolutely blown away by how great this place was! The cabin was very cozy, and the walking trails were a delight! I'd recommend using the trails for xc-skiing in the wintertime! The cabin is far enough from Omaha that you can see quite a few stars (with clear skies and the right moon-phase), yet close enough we were able to venture back into town to get some groceries. Before we even left we decided we want to return sometime in the next few months, the cabin was that charming!

Our cabin experience at Spencer Hill couldn’t have been better! Cozy, beautiful and perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Linda was wonderful and accommodating as our host, always quick to respond. This gorgeous cabin had space for everyone and the kitchen was well-appointed to prep the holiday dinner. Though it was cold, family walks and runs around the lake were a highlight, as well as the fun teepee and playground nearby for our littles. The outdoor space is perfection, complete with speakers inside and out. Christmas music was playing when we arrived, soft lights inside were glowing along with a Christmas tree beside the fireplace. Such a welcoming atmosphere! We’ll be sure to book another stay here in the future! Thanks, Linda!
