Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Downtown, Omaha

We needed a nice place to stay for a gala we attended. It was in the perfect part of town and the price was great! Wish the weather would’ve been nicer to enjoy the deck.

This was our second time staying here. It’s our silver lining when we are traveling and staying the night in Omaha. The place is always clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Denise is always very responsive and friendly. We definitely will keep going back when we’re in town.

My family and I visited to attend the Creighton University basketball game. The condo was very close to the basketball arena and downtown Omaha. The condo was clean and quiet and worked perfectly for our needs.

Everything went smoothly and was exactly what we were looking for. The place isn’t anything fancy, but is nice and does the trick for a place to stay. Todd was quite friendly and overall was a good experience.

There are great details here, appreciated there was everything I needed including an iron & ironing board. Large rooms, clean, cute place.

Excellent place for our overnight needs. Very comfy and well maintained. Definitely recommend.

Loved Gary's studio! I traveled with my 2 daughters to visit the zoo and shop at the Old Market. His place was very convenient to both, we were less than a 5 minute drive. The studio was very clean- immaculate even. It was a little chilly & windy outside when we arrived so we turned the heat up inside and it warmed up fast. Parked on the street initially until I checked out the back parking lot and how to get there. Private parking was a dream! Houses are close to one another in Little Bohemia but we didn't hear anything from the neighbors or the other tenants in the building. I slept great both nights we were there. Pictures are accurate, and the checkout directions were minimal. I will check Gary's place 1st when we return!!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Fantastic apartment and just across from midtown park. We love the lights at Christmas time. Will stay again

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious, well decorated, and in a great location.

Linda was very responsive, her home was comfortable and nicely appointed. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We throughly enjoyed our time at Linda's and would recommend it to others.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Good kitchen and bathrooms generous downstairs den. No cable but it was easy to stream our own content.

House was great for our family getting together. House is beautiful and homey.

It is a perfect place when traveling with younger kids. They choose to add amenities for younger ones so you don't have the need to pack everything. loved the extra sippy cups in the kitchen as well. They also accommodate to the bigger kids with the playground outside.

We decided to do a quick 3-day vacation last minute and found this place. We booked it at 10:30pm the before our stay and confirmed that evening. We traveled with our dog and two small children from out-of-state and when we arrived early, she quickly accommodated an early check-in! During the stay, we were messaged and checked up on to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Had a lot of room and was easy to access! Joseph was very easy to communicate with and was a fast responder!

My husband and I have stayed here many times and have enjoyed our stay every time! This is our first time bringing our two kids along and they loved it too. They each got their own space and there were so many games, books and toys to keep them occupied while we were hanging out. Our daughter absolutely loved the "Harry Potter" room/ closet bedroom. They also loved the stocked snack bin and the balcony view. There are soft and plush dog beds provided as well. We love the location as it is central to anything you need. There is fantastic green space across the street and a dog park down the road. We spent time at Speilbound Board Game Cafe and the Zoo. One kid needed allergy medicine out of the blue. We didn't even need to get in the car, as there is a Walgreens across the street. The beds are comfortable, the shower pressure is good, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a meal for your family. Our host was amazingly accommodating. We'll be back again!

There is a lot of ongoing construction at the time of our stay the entrance and lobby was a bit bleak , uninviting and the building itself is a little scented , didn’t make me feel like I was on vacation. However the apartment was clean and crisp and had great views . Overall I would recommend just make not of the building and entrance .

Everything was wonderful. This is such a great part of Omaha. Lots of great restaurants. The whole Turner Park was lit up every night with Christmas lights, which was beautiful. It was easy to get into and we felt very secure. The apartment was quite lovely and Giles was very proactive in making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again !!

The place is easy to find and get into! Perfect little apt for someone who is visiting town and doesn’t need much. It was clean and stocked with what we needed! Not as close to old market as we thought but a bird scooter got us there in no time. Would stay again! Host was very responsive when we needed to communicate!

I stay in this location often for Airbnbs and this condo was great. As always good location, close to many attractions in Omaha. Always nice to have a balcony as well. Will stay here again. 5 stars ⭐️

I had stayed at Mason's place in the past. As before, the 1-bedroom apt was very clean, and well organized. The apt is fully furnished. It offers everything a business traveler needs, without the clutter I find in my home. It is located in a safe neighborhood, within walking distance (3 minutes) of good selections of restaurants and entertainment (Omaha Old Market). AND YOU GET A ROOMY 1-BEDROOM APT FOR HALF THE PRICE OF STD ROOMS IN THE NEARBY HOTELS (compared to 2 downtown hotels).

We loved staying here! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood was amazing. Off street parking was as described, but a little tight for our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.
