There is a private bathroom and a room with a kitchenette. The two patio doors provide light and a nice view of the garden trees. Great location and large new modern house. Right by the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large courtyard with a covered terrace and a gas grill for the late evening hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage! The house is a small cozy house of 40 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area and two bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there are two cottages with double beds, drawing tables and toys. In the living room is the largest sofa we could find with TV for streaming (Chromecast) and open to the dining area and kitchen. There are a total of 8 beds with the possibility of extra beds on the sofa. There is a ten-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute drive to Ebeltoft.

In addition, there is access to a living room with sofa, dining table, full kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is a 3-room apartment, but one room will be locked (our walk-in) while there is access to the rest. 900 meters to the train station 600 meters to the street 100 meters to the botanical garden We live here on a daily basis but think it's so nice that we like to share when we're not here. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.
