(Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly-fishing zone, the blue zone, by the birch trees, with direct access to the river from the property.) Within walking distance of Hokksund town centre. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 m and 1.40 m). Very quiet/charming neighbourhood. Parking on the property. Guests must bring their own bed linen/towels, and laundry must be done by the tenants. Dogs and cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside; allergy sufferers should be aware of this.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The entire 2nd floor of the house, private garden with terrace outside the red outhouse. The location is one of the sunniest in eastern Norway, with sunshine until around 10 pm in the summer. You walk to the jetty in 2 minutes. Long ground for small and jumping from the bathing jetty for the big ones. Several beaches within walking distance. Play skittles, badminton, boccia or croquet, or enjoy the sun and have a barbecue in the garden. Picking currants, redcurrants, rhubarb and Morello cherries, and watching butterflies. Farmhouse from 1860 that has been renovated so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood-burning stove that is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 people. A couple of extra guest beds can also be added and there is the possibility to sleep on the sofa so there is room for many.

There's sun here all day! The house has five bedrooms, all with sleeping space for a minimum of two people. Fully equipped kitchen. 250 metres to the bus that takes you to Oslo in 25 minutes. A short distance to beaches, Sandvika and Oslo. The house has a separate studio apartment.

Walking distance to all amenities such as restaurants, shops, dining places, bathing places, etc. The apartment has amenities such as waterborne heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove (induction), Smart TV and WiFi. The bed in the bedroom on the left is 1.5 meters wide and the bed in the bedroom on the right is 1.20 m wide. Welcome to Svelvik, a pearl often described as the northernmost town in Sørlandet.

There are great outdoor areas for walking, fishing, skiing, paddling, swimming and cycling right nearby. Rural location with 500 meters to bus stop and about 5 km to train. Free parking with charging option for electric car for a fee. When I'm not renting out the place, I live there. Some rooms and cabinets will therefore not be available.

Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Drøbak sitt eldste hus, Thorsehuset fra 1760, ligger på samme eiendom. Huset er verneverdig og ivaretatt med omfattende arbeider.

Asker has a lot to offer, and Engelsrud is surrounded by three lakes which gives many opportunities for recreation summer and winter. Our garden/yard is very family friendly. A five minute walk from the house you can get public transportation bringing you downtown Asker in ten min. Asker has a small, but well developed downtown with a nice selection of stores, restaurants and coffeeshops. Trains will bring you to Oslo in twenty min. 15 min by car will bring you to the Oslo fjord in Asker.
