Located centrally in the heart of Margate, this maisonette flat has stunning views across Margate beach from the bedroom. Easy access to the town and beach. close to bars and restaurants and the famous old town. 10 mins walk to Deamland, 5 mins away to Turner Centre, also 15 mins walk to the Train station. there is also the main bus station 10 mins walk which takes you to all the other towns in thanet and Canterbury. Not suitable for children and babies because of the narrow stairs and windows.

Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. We love Margate and we think that our apartment in the Old Town is a perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to offer. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful, flint walled c18th building in the heart of Margate's Old Town. Step out of the door and you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, the apartment is a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach, in fact you can see the sea when you look down the street from the master bedroom!

A large terraced house on a quiet green square, perfectly located 5 mins walk away from the beach and all Margate attractions. Sunset Sea View Writer’s Retreat

Beautiful flat with six sea facing floor to ceiling windows. This is a Grade II-listed building with a rare outlook over gardens and out to sea. However, the facade and railing are in need of TLC. Don't be put off by the shabby exterior. Works are being slowly undertaken to renew the outside but this all takes time. The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.
