The Dream Barn, Moynalty Village, Kells. Meath.

This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Detached very small room with bathroom and private entrance in a rural location and would need transport to access the area. 15 minutes from Cavan town and 15 minutes from Cavan Equestrian Centre by car. 10 minutes drive to the closest shop and pub. Includes double bed, microwave, small fridge freezer, small folding table, small George Foreman grill, kettle, hot water, electric heating and Smart TV with Netflix. Bathroom includes walk-in shower, toilet and sink. Only suitable for 2 guests.
