Neighboring our residency is a famous 5-star hotel Zabeel Saray with great restaurants, bars, and cafés, where you have a 20% DISCOUNT on food and drinks! The studio has a very peaceful backyard and a small private garden, where you can relax.

High floor studio 32nd floor in Business Bay

Welcome to this modern new studio located in Business Bay. Take an early morning stroll on the canal boardwalk and then come back to enjoy the pool or a delicious coffee as I have organized 3 different ways of coffee for you to enjoy on the balcony. The apartment has great amenities ( fully equipped kitchen, pool, gym, king size bed and wifi/tv -with Netflix connection). Myself, traveler 100%, will be happy to host you.
