Fantastic Villa Sunrise

The Villa is situated in a tranquil village 10 minutes from the historic old city of Dubrovnik. Large enough for groups or families as it has plenty of space and sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (plus 3 additional sofa beds if needed), perfect for special birthdays and small parties. The local restaurant is a 2-minute walk, the cable car is 10 minutes drive and goes directly into the Old City. All bookings are subject to a 3 night minimum stay, with a priority discount for 7 night stays.

Orange Tree Apartment

This modern, spacious, bright and cosy apartment lies on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the most desirable part of the town Ploce. A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, place is far away from busy streets and noise just enough to be the oasis of peace and tranquillity. Property is not accessible by car.

Villa Victor is in the Uvala Sutmiholjska bay just around the corner of the beach. It provides a new and modern studio apartment with a gallery that has an open concept. It has a long terrace along the upper floor of the house. The interior is Brand-new and minimalistic so it doesn't distract you from the wonderful scenery and the outside activities (two Queen beds). Relax in this beautiful 1913 loft! The house was lovingly built with stone, beamed ceilings, and antique elements for a grand yet charming feel. Unobstructed view of old town and endless Adriatic sea are at your fingertips. The house is situated on Ploce Gate, one of the Old Town's two main entrances. Despite the fact that we are in the heart of the city, the place feels tranquil and remote.

Our confortable apartments situated 2 m from the sea , in the middle of the beautifull Mljet are perfect for discovering the island. In Sobra you can find shop, restaurants and bars,hiking path. If you are without car there is taxi service and rent-a -car agency.
