Great studio apartment at the base of the Uintas. Outdoor recreation surrounds you on all sides. Bring your toys (quads, UTV's, snowmobiles, cross county skis) we have plenty of room. It is quiet enough to hear Beaver Creek across the street. Only 30 minutes to Park City and 50 to SLC. If you need to escape the city for a weekend or longer this is the place for you. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
