Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

A beautifully renovated 19th century heritage cottage right in the heart of Dunedin City, with all of the modern touches. Gigabit-speed internet and quality furniture/furnishings enhance this this luxury abode. Including tastefully selected linen, cooking and washing facilities, it is also freshly stocked with a range of teas, coffee, and home-made ANZAC biscuits. Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD. Our 11-acre farm has alpacas, Buster the cat, horses and sheep as well as stunning views over the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean. Located less than a 5 min drive to Dunedin’s iconic Tunnel beach, where you can explore rocky coastlines and a hand carved rock tunnel. We renovated a 158-year-old historic building in downtown Dunedin and turned it into a European-style apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city: one block to the Octagon, the beating heart of Dunedin, the apartment is perched above a working ceramic studio and is handily placed between the Dowling Street galleries and Moray Place. Cafés, restaurants, and charming bars abound. Complimentary one-hour introduction to wheel-thrown ceramics is offered to interested guests.

Keen outdoor hosts that will point you in the direction of a fun day out. This is our family home with young kids, noise levels may reflect this.
