Our 9th floor ocean front condo offers a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and stove plus plates glasses, silverware, pot, pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender and all the utensils. The dining area has seating for four plus 2 kitchen bar height chairs. The master bedroom is ocean front with a queen size bed, private bath, Flat Screen TV. Our Ocean Front living room has a new queen size new sleeper sofa bed, love seat new in 2019, 46" Smart LED Flat Screen TV.

This upscale remodeled modern oceanfront condo is on the 4th floor overlooking the pool and ocean. It's managed and cleaned by the owner so it is the perfect home away from home. As an extra cleaning precaution for guests and myself, I have invested in an ozone generator, which I run after each guest to clean and disinfect the air. Sand Dunes Resort is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach in the Golden Mile area. It is nestled in with beautiful condos and multi million dollar homes.

Spectacular views throughout the one of a kind, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with large private balcony! Each Bedroom has a queen bed, large smart tv, closet, and fresh linens. Each squeaky cleaned bathrooms have walk in tile showers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, plates, mugs and glasses, silverware, keurig, blender, and some spices. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and beach cart included! Recently updated two bedroom oceanfront condo unit which features a full glass wall to enjoy the beach view, electric fireplace with 65" tv. Relax in the large outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs or the indoor pool. There is convenience store, arcade, gym and outdoor lounging area. Sand Dunes is one of the only resorts in the area with multiple restaurants. The hotel waterpark is not included for guests. However, Myrtle Waves waterpark is right down the street and is reasonably priced.
