Location: Dungloe town is on the shore front. The apartment is above a bar on main street, so expect some noise on Saturday nights. Tuesday night session is a quieter affair. It's beside all the restaurants and bars and a 2 minute walk to the shore front & Dungloe pier. There is plenty to do around the area.
“Lovely spacious apartment in the centre of Dungloe close to all amenities. The place was spotlessly clean and warm. Accessed by fire escape stairs to rear of building so might not be suitable for people with mobility problems but perfect for my husband and I and our wee dog. Would definitely recommend to other guests.”
Our bright stylish accommodation is located just 50 metres from the bustling little village of Dungloe with its quaint pubs and eateries, and just ten minutes drive to beautiful beaches, mountains and lakes. Ideally located for guests to use as a base to enjoy golfing, fishing, surfing and walking or experience the beauty of the nearby Islands of Arranmore and Tory. Dungloe has a daily bus service to and from Dublin. Donegal Airport (15min drive) provides daily flights to and from Dublin.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tricia and Neil’s suite and would recommend it to anyone. As well as being spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and featuring all the amenities exactly as advertised, the suite is perfectly located with Dungloe’s main street being no more than a minute’s walk away. Tricia kept in touch with us right up until our arrival and was always available if we needed anything. For anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Donegal, this is a fantastic option.”
Close to beach shops lovely walks close to golf club football pitch restaurants.
“I had a wonderful stay at Ethna's house who really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Her house is very pretty and clean. We had great chats an she gave me useful tips on the different places to go to around. (Gola Island is one of them.) Great breakfast in the morning and great bed. (when you travel a bit you know how lovely it is to settle into nice fresh sheet for the night.) Ethna is a very sincere and welcoming person. I'll definitely go back to her place if I happen to be in Donegal again”
