Holiday rentals in Dunkerrin

Mum and I had a very lovely stay at Colette’s. The cottage was charming and well appointed. We were greeted by the loveliest dogs. Colette came with extra fire starting kit and even started a roaring fire for us along with Riley the dog who was just adorable. We had fresh eggs on arrival and cake on our last evening. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Thank you Colette for your hospitality and your kindness. Helen & Bridget x

Thank you so much for welcoming us to your fabulous home! Very good hosts who gave us great advice. The room (or rather the apartment!) was very clean, in the style of the house which gives it all its charm. Very well signposted, the house is in the middle of nature... nothing better to enjoy Ireland! I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay in Carols cottage, the area was so beautiful and peaceful. The home itself was spotless, well maintained and had lots of little extras which made it feel so homely. My son stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. We stayed two nights and could have easily stayed longer, fantastic find

This was our first and very long awaited visit to Ireland and with the help of John & Monika this visit was absolutely everything we had imagined and more. Their little cottage that we used for a fabulous 3 weeks was everything they advertised. It became such a place of comfort after long yet enjoyable days on the curvy fast roads of Southern Ireland that we began to call it home. A few days before we were to head back to the states I was not feeling well and needed to see a doctor, John without hesitation made some calls and was able to get me a doctor appointment on a Saturday, which was the same day he called, how kind was that? That’s the kind of hosts John and Monika are, John did some family research for us, Monika would bake us treats, they are amazingly kind people. I stayed at Dave and Susana's beautiful AirBnB this weekend with my partner and 2 friends. The accommodation was gorgeous - we loved our stay. The hosts were friendly and very welcoming - we would definitely return.

Comments from our stay (parents with adult kids): We loved it! Living history, Really freaking cool, Comfortable beds. Quite spacious. Cozy, Must have good knees! Neighbouring cows herded home in the evenings, A treat to watch birds from the battlements, (Metallic sounds referenced earlier likely are radiators) Easy communication and good instructions from hosts. State of the architecture 1400’s, updated to beautifully habitable in the 2000’s. Thank you for allowing us the share a slice of your local history. Each of us truly enjoyed staying here.

Words can’t describe our stay with Rachel! We stayed in Cloughjordan for a month and it was perfect. Such a cute village and area. It was an amazing location to drive to nearby towns and villages with plenty to do. Rachel and her family were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. It was a perfect stay and we cannot wait to come back!

I stayed here for a week as I was working in Limerick City and didn't want to stay in a hotel. The perfect home from home. All the essentials for cooking and there was also a range of cereals supplied. Very relaxing location with some friendly hens! Eilis was the perfect host and even had a hot water bottle waiting for me for my late arrival.

Marie's house is so lovely and the location is absolutely gorgeous. Marie was so responsive before our arrival and popped over to greet us once we had settled in. The house was spotless we couldn't fault it, the stove was a lovely addition in the kitchen and there was plenty of fuel left for us. We stayed over New Years and the house was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. The two pet goats outside were the highlight for our children who loved feeding and petting them.
