Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Dunpo-myeon

exactly as expected: clean, cute, spacious and conveniently located.

The place is so nice and perfect for families. Very comfortable and could be a staycation if there wasn’t so many things to do in Seoul. Quiet and easy to get to not too far from a subway station. It’s a very walkable area with many restaurants and convenience stores.

Staying here was really restful and fuss free. Host allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time so that we could be hands free to explore Seoul. When we checked-in we were welcomed with calm music and a clean and beautiful place. There were clear instructions on how to use the space, including the tea set that was prepared for us. Warm tea was much needed especially on some cold days - lovely with yagwa that we bought for ourselves! I loved the attention to detail even on the smallest things, like the cards that were used to direct us to the qr code with instructions on how to use the projector for example was elegantly done. There’s a drawer where you can find korean board and card games. The location was very convenient as well. Just 15 mins bus ride to Itaewon (google Golden Piece as direction to Itaewon) and 30mins to MimiLine. Overall wonderful stay.

방문 목적이 맛집탐방이라고 말씀드렸더니 호스트께서 엄청 친절하고 상세히 주변 맛집들에 대해 알려주셔서 저희가 따로 찾아보지 않아도 될 정도였어요! 시설도 너무 만족스러웠어서 또 하남 갈 일 생기게되면 여기로 재방문할 의사까지 있습니다~

직원들이 출장으로 인해 사용을 하였습니다. 너무 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 마지막에 저희 불찰로 인해 너무 불편하고 번거롭해드려 죄송합니다. 감사합니다.

동탄역 연결되어 있어 교통 편하고, 백화점 건물 윗층이라 카페 레스토랑 등 편의시설 훌륭해요. 여름에도 숙소까지 동선에 에어컨 연결돼 있어 시원하고요. 위치좋아 매번 이곳 건물로 휴가 오는데 엘스테이 호스트님은 그중 제일 세심하게 배려해 주시고 친절하셨어요. 따뜻한 마음과 배려에 내집처럼 편히 쉬다갑니다. 감사합니다!

Everything went great, we enjoyed everything. We were always treated with care and respect. The apartment itself was perfect, everything was as described. We went to restaurants and stores in the area and literally every person wanted to help us and always greeted us with a smile). I highly recommend this accommodation, it was our first time in Seoul and it was wonderful

Picture perfect place, amazing to stay in such a historic home. So many superb sites literally on your doorstep, as well as cute cafes and restaurants. So many lovely and thoughtful amenities available in the place. Please do check the room layout as one bathroom is accessed off the courtyard - this would not be much fun in winter. Also note that it's a restored Hanok so there are some quirks (which are a given when staying in a beautiful old place like this); tall people need to watch themselves on the doors and the bathrooms are wetrooms with shower over toilet. Overall this was an incredible stay, a perfect short taste of the old Korea.

숙소 위치도 좋고 친절하십니다!

내부가 되게 깔끔하고, 구석구석 손길이 잘 닿은듯한 숙소였습니다. 하얀 침구부터 쓰레기통까지 깨끗한 것이 인상깊었네요. 재방문의사 있습니다.

입구는 조금 당황스러웠으나 넓고 가성비 좋아요 컴퓨터도 5대 있고, 침대 메트리스도 3개 부두러윰이 달라서 취향껏 골라 잤어요!! 5명 정도면 더더 좋을 것 같네요

James is a great host and knows how to make a guest feel at home! Felt super welcome from the moment I booked the accommodation - place was great, walking distance to local shops, train stations and parks. James went above and beyond in his communication, going out his way to show me around despite being late in the evening and providing all the amenities one can need. Recommend his place 100% Thank you James!

Quite and peaceful place to stay

숙소 내부도 깨끗하고 위치도 좋아요! 좀만 걸어가면 카페랑 식당 많고 편의점도 종류 별로 있어요. 하나 단점이 창문이 이중창이 아니라서 조금 추울 수 있어요! 그래도 난방 잘 돼서 춥다는 느낌은 못 받았어요~ 잘 놀고 갑니다!

Had a great stay with my friends! The flat has everything you needed, all rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Recommend this spacious flat if you are travelling in big group.
