There are 4 super single mattresses, 2 double mattresses, and 2 sofa beds. The air conditioning is good, and the living room has a 65-inch LG Smart TV, so it's convenient to use OTT. There is an 830-litre LG Dios refrigerator, so you can also store large amounts of food. It has a delightful bathroom. Alley parking is available for free. It's a little difficult to park. We'll send you a photo of the available area when you check in. There is a security CCTV in the alley in front of the house, so there is a gate lock, but I usually use it without locking it. The front door is a smart door lock, and a double fee is available. Women can be at ease. It's near the university, so it's cheap, there are many restaurants, coffee shops, and it's lively. On the other hand, the place is quiet, you can hear the sound of birds and relax.

There are Gomori Reservoir/convenience stores/cafes/restaurants within 5 minutes by car, and the National Arboretum and Dulle-gil are 10 minutes away, so it's good to take a walk! You can also buy ceramics at the 'Pottery Picnic Road' run by the host in the complex.
