The place it’s pacefool and quiet.. the stay with the host perfectly serve..i we go back to Albania for sure will go there.

The villa was exactly like in the photos. Very spacious and very clean including the furniture. The garden was well maintained. We asked for 2 cots for my toddlers and a high chair- both were set up and ready for when we arrived and looked new! The villa is within the Perla residential resort with security. The area consists of well maintained green gardens, large kids playground and a swimming pool club are 3mins walk. The pool is approx £12 per day for a family including 2 sun-beds and umbrella. The sandy beach is a 5 min walk where all the restaurants are. The mini supermarket which has a good selection of items is a 2min walk. The villa uses solar panels so there was some issues with hot water due to bad weather but the hosts sorted it out within 2 hours and communicated with us throughout. The area is going through rapid development so there are lots of clean restrooms by the beach and more new restaurants being opened. I would recommend this villa and would stay again.

The house is a real gem. The garden is beautiful and spacious, the roof provides for beautiful dinners and quiet time. The house is well equipped and very well situated, super close to the beach, a market and playgrounds for the kids. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We loved our stay!

Beautifully located apartment with a balance of sun and shade. Nice place to relax with children. Everything is perfectly clean. Availability of cooking equipment. Convenient location - close to grocery stores, restaurants, a small village market. Extremely sociable host, really 24/7 communication, so to advise many additional facilities such as transfer, places to visit, restaurants outside the settlement. I was vacationing with a family with three children of different ages, everyone was happy and the apartment was very satisfying for their stay.

We had an amazing experience staying at her property. The place was exactly as described, if not better. The house is clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything needed The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing great recommendations for local spots and always being available if I had any questions. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend her apartment. I hope to return soon!

We spent several days at Vila Bles – and I have to say, this was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The accommodation is simply fantastic. It offers an incredible amount of space, everything works perfectly, and above all: it’s spotlessly clean – down to the last detail. Koli is a host like no other. Super friendly, helpful, and always available. Both the place and Koli himself made this trip truly special. Koli, never change – you’re an absolute gem. Kim and her father Ilir are really very available and responsive to the slightest request, a nearby caretaker arrives very quickly when you have a request. i highly recommend this sweet sweet spot.

When we arrived, the place was a little dirty. However, after we informed the host, a cleaning lady was sent within a short time and we were served a traditional meal as compensation. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

This Vila is absolutely beautiful, in peaceful surroundings with gorgeous views. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Albania. It would work well for both a young group of people as well as a family. The pool is enormous and there are 2 very large outdoor Jacuzzis. Gym, sauna and massive speakers also a nice bonus! The Vila is a little tricky to find but Rebecca is a brilliant host and gave us clear directions. I recommend using the terrain option on maps to help find it. It's about 40 min drive to Durres and 30 mins to Tirana. Cleaners came and tidied every day with a fresh supply of bedding and towels. They were always very respectful of our space and very kind, they even gave my baby a little toy. Ample space for parking and lots of shaded areas for those wanting to avoid the sun. We hope to come back and stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 days with a group of 10+ , Marina was amazing & allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier which was amazing as we had small kids, the house is beautiful and so spacious.she responds very quick and communicates well, we needed extra saucepans and she came to the home and provided within 2 hours. The home is in a private area & need a car to reach the shops/market (too far to walk) . Amazing home & amazing host ,would definetly recommend if in Duress !!!

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

We had a great time here. You can always call the owner for help or info. The pool is perfect to play en relax. Also the extra smallhouse is very nicy to chill and relax right next to the pool. Also the lock en security systems are verry good and save but also easy to use when you know the code. I advise you to stay at this villa or other houses of the owner when you travel to albania.

We had a great week at Erisa's house. The pool was very clean, sunny for a good part of the day Fully equipped kitchen, clean We slept great in the beds, the sheets smelled like laundry Very quiet residence, with caretaker at the entrance Direct beach access on foot! I would recommned this property.

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.
