The one bedroom can be comfortable for 3 persons, as it has a double bed and a single bed. One extra person can be accommodated in one of the sofas in the living room. There is a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, with a dining table for 6. There is a balcony with a sea view, with a table for 4 persons, where you can enjoy any meal.

It is equipped with a double bed (187cm/125cm updated March 2025) and an extra pull out bed ( that turns into a dining area), clothes cabinets, fully equipped kitchen, 12V refrigerator, gas stove, indoor shower, portable toilet, fresh and gray water deposit. It is powered by a 330wp solar panel with 1kw 12/24w inverter . There is also a 12V roof-vent and a diesel heater.
