Dea was a fantastic host! The cabin is set atop a hill with an incredible outlook over the valley. It is pretty tough to get to the cabin, particularly in the dark, so make sure to pack some hiking boots and a torch. The cabin is clean and well appointed. The only downside was a lack of heater. A small electric heater would go a long way - it can get cold in the mountains! I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Absolutely wonderful place with a great host. We had no issues, Giorgi was very helpful during the whole stay and provided us with everything we needed even though we needed it the same day. Huge recommendation!

تمارا انسانه رائعه والبيت مريح وجميل وهاديء ونظيف يتوفر شطاف في كل الحمامات؛ غرفه ماستر بالدور الأرضي؛ وحمام إضافي ؛ و3 غرف بالدور الأول مع صاله وحمام ؛تحتاج لسياره خاصه حتى تتنقل في المنطقه وتستمع بالأنشطة؛ المنطقه جدا هادئة لايوجد خدمات حولها سيرا بالأقدام ولكن بالسياره نعم ؛؛ سألتها عن حليب وزبدة ومربى طازجه وبيض عضوي كانت سريعة الاستجابة أرسلت لنا مربى من صنع والدتها ؛كيس الفحم متوفر للشواء ولكن طلبنا خشب استيقظنا الصباح وجدنا الحطب جاهز😊 فعلا المنزل للراحه والاستجمام بعيدا عن الصخب كانت إقامتنا 3 ليالي لم نخرج منها إلا مره واحده ذهبنا لرحله في المنطقه ؛؛ اللي معهم أطفال لازم سياره خاصه لانهم بيملون من جلوس البيت ؛؛ الحديقه جميله ؛؛ يوجد سجادة صلاة وفناجين قهوه عربيه وبعض البهارات وتتقبل اي ملاحظات واقتراحات ودائما تسأل عن إذا واجهتنا اي مشاكل او ملاحظات في البيت ؛؛ الواي فاي سريع ؛ لا أعتقد اني أستطيع حجز مكان آخر غير منزل تمارا بعد كل المزايا والراحه اللي حصلت عليها ؛ قامت بدعوة أطفالي لمنزلها حتى يلعبوا مع ابنها (دايڤيد) كانت تجربه لاتنسى ؛؛ وبالتوفيق والازدهار😊

Место невероятное ! 🏔️ Я искал именно такой дом - стоящий отдельно от всех, со своим участком и грилем. Вид из спален просто восхитителен. Можно встречать и рассветы и закаты 🌅 В доме есть все, что необходимо, как для короткого так и для длительного пребывания. В доме идеальная чистота и много атмосферных деталей 🏠 Отдельно хочу отметить гостеприимство и мгновенно реакцию на наши просьбы. Ребенок был в восторге и не хотела уезжать ( как и мы ) 🤍 Рекомендую чистого сердца. Надеюсь обязательно вернуться 🤞🏼

Dear Luka, your family and your friends, thank you very much for this wonderful house! Me, my husband and our friend celebrated here the new year, and everything was cozy and beautiful! Despite of really cold weather outside, into the house was really warm ❤️ In the kitchen you can find all necessary (or ask Luka about additional dishes) Also Luka was really kind and treated us to a wonderful lobiani! ✨✨✨ Thanks a lot and have a good year! We hope that in future we will return.

жилье соответствует описанию. очень уютные апартаменты, чисто,тепло даже можно сказать жарко, мы спали с открытым окном, хотя температура была -15-20гр. все необходимое есть в квартире. до гондолы 5 мин в лыжных ботинках, все рядом. спасибо Дачи за его апартаменты и реагирование. всем советую эту милую квартирку.

Nous avons été en contact avec Irakli. Super réactif et très gentil. Tout était dans la réalité comme décrit dans l’annonce. L’appartement est très bien pensé. Pour 2 couples c’était plus que parfait. Le petit bémol c’était le ménage (l’intérieur des placards et le sol étaient poussiéreux) mais nous savons que ce n’est pas toujours facile de trouver une femme de ménage qui est attentive aux détails. Irakli est conscient du problème et nous a dit faire de son mieux. Au cours du séjour nous avons eu quelques demandes auxquelles Irakli a trouvé une solution rapidement (double de clé; casier à ski; …). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour au ski à Gudauri

Bejan's place was really good for us. some pros: - large bedrooms, large living area with a well equipped kitchen , and a nice balcony with a view. - two bathrooms, with a washing machine. - close to stores - very close to lower ski lift [ we could almost do a a ski-in after a long day of skiing.] - including night skiing on weekends! -has lockers on the ground floor small cons [ and they are small]: - apartment is on third floor without elevator. but if you leave ski equipment in the lockers, this is ok - the road Tbilisi- Gudauri- Stepantsminda is very close, and there are trucks that you can hear if you're out on the balcony. - the "new Gudauri" resort is accessible by taxi / car only. but since I was with kid, this wasn't an issue, as the apartment priovided everything needed and was really cosy. Thank you Bejan for a very great home away from home for our vacation. we will be back :)
