Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The cottage is located in the forest on Lake Łąkie in a quiet area - Poziomkowa, Wólka in the commune of Skępe. The distance to the lake is 400m and to the nearest bathing area with a bar 900m. A 54-square-meter cottage on a 640-square-meter fully fenced plot. The house is a two-storey house with a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary things. There are 8 beds for 5 people. The price of the cottage includes bed linen, towels and toiletries. The cottage is ozonated. Relax and unwind in this peaceful place.
