Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. The house consists of 2 independent apartments, each equipped with a kitchen, living room and bathroom with a bedroom. The house is located on a 1200 m2 plot, where there is a gazebo, a place for a bonfire, a playground, and a trampoline. Sauna and banya use without limit. Wood is included in the price of the stay.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Overlooking a forest, lake Mielno, pastures with Polish Trakehner horses, a French-style garden, the 600 sq-meter living quarters is located in tranquil Mazury, two hours from Warsaw by car and thirty minutes from Olsztyn. Beyond a luxurious and tranquil environment, the property provides plenty of outdoor activities, including: fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and kayaking.

Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for barbecue and bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned
