Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Kryjówka nad Jeziorem is a place created for people who want to relax close to nature. Located in the heart of the Brudzeń Landscape Park, on a fenced plot with its own shoreline on Lake Józefowo, it offers peace, privacy and space to relax. There is a jetty, a large gazebo with a barbecue, a fire pit, a sauna, a hot tub, billiards, air hockey, table tennis, a tree house, a paddle board and bicycles for guests. It's the perfect place for a family holiday, a trip with friends or a quiet weekend away from the city.
