We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – ideal for families and people looking for peace and quiet and relaxation close to nature. Guests have access to a private jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a barbecue, a playground, a games room (billiards, table tennis, table football) and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until 17 July 2026! We have prepared an additional attraction for each stay: • 1 quad bike ride for a child aged 8–12 and 13–17. • 1 entry to the family airsoft shooting range for reactive targets.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Lake hideaway

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. A charming house (4 adults and 2-3 children) with a unique view in the Górzno-Lidzbark Landscape Park. Overlooking the picturesque village of Fiałki. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes. A good place for meditation, yoga and Tai Chi in small groups. Attractive walking and cycling routes. The house is suitable for year-round stays, including for people with disabilities.
