We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – ideal for families and people looking for peace and quiet and relaxation close to nature. Guests have access to a private jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a barbecue, a playground, a games room (billiards, table tennis, table football) and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until 17 July 2026! We have prepared an additional attraction for each stay: • 1 quad bike ride for a child aged 8–12 and 13–17. • 1 entry to the family airsoft shooting range for reactive targets.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Jay habitat

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Lake hideaway

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. Violet Hills

A charming house (4 adults and 2-3 children) with a unique view in the Górzno-Lidzbark Landscape Park. Overlooking the picturesque village of Fiałki. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes. A good place for meditation, yoga and Tai Chi in small groups. Attractive walking and cycling routes. The house is suitable for year-round stays, including for people with disabilities. Fully equipped. Electric underfloor heating and a fireplace. A covered terrace. A fire pit and hammocks. The hosts' house is nearby.

The apartment is so close to Lake Drwęckie that you can practically touch the water surface. Admiring the sunset with a glass of wine, it is difficult to be objective, so we declare that you will not find anything better in this part of the world :-) Because life and vacation are too short to spend them in any interior...

The entire house is exclusively for you, with 2 apartments, each 60 m2, far from other and urbanized towns, by a stream overlooking nature, sauna and Russian bath without limit. Lake Dąbrowa Wielka is 2 km away, the sandy beach in Leszcz with a pier is 4 km away. 20 km to the Dylewskie Hills, 4 km from Grunwald, 35 km to Ostróda and 40 km to Iława. The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

About 60 km from Warsaw, in the Mazovian countryside, two intimate Tiny Houses await you. You will find peace, quiet and rest so much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax with us without your children or anyone else's. We are happy to accept well-behaved pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. You can use the jacuzzi and sauna - these are extra paid options. We invite you.
