Programme Terms - West Yorkshire Host Promotion

The first 100 hosts that qualify for the West Yorkshire Host Promotion (the “Promotion”) will receive a £100 incentive for use on Airbnb. To qualify, you must:

1. Click on the link for the creation of a new listing in the dedicated landing page: www.airbnb.com/hostinginwestyorkshire

2. Add a new listing in West Yorkshire (within the metropolitan boroughs of Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, or Wakefield) within the period from 10 February to 30 April 2025. The new listing must be your first listing as a Host on Airbnb; and

3. Host a Qualifying Stay at your new listing by 31 December 2025.

The travel coupon will be sent by 31 January 2026, to the email address associated with the Airbnb account of the qualifying host.

A “Qualifying Stay” means: (i) a stay in a new listing published on Airbnb; (ii) which is located in the region of West Yorkshire (within the following locations: the metropolitan boroughs of Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, or Wakefield); (iii) with check-in between 4 February and 31 December 2025; (iv) which isn’t cancelled; and (v) has a minimum booking value of £50 (excl taxes and fees).

Who is the promoter?

The Promotion is promoted by Airbnb Ireland UC, an Irish company with offices at 8 Hanover Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. For all matters not expressly covered by these programme terms (the “Programme Terms”), Airbnb's terms of service will apply, available at https://www.airbnb.com/terms (the “Terms of Service”). All terms that are capitalised and are not defined in these Programme Terms shall have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

How do the coupons work?
These coupons may be redeemed on Airbnb.com and will expire on 31st December 2025. These coupons are single-use, meaning that you will not be entitled to use the same coupon on multiple bookings even if the value of the first booking is below the value of the coupon.

Coupons are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and may not be applied retroactively or combined with any other coupon or discount code for Airbnb. If you apply the coupon to a booking that you subsequently cancel, any refund owed will not include the coupon amount. You are solely responsible for the correct conservation of the coupon and Airbnb is not responsible if the coupon is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Airbnb reserves the right and discretion to any remedy, including denial of the coupon or suspension of your account or bookings, if fraud, tampering, violations of Airbnb's Terms of Service, or technical errors are suspected.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Programme Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law. The laws and regulations in force in Ireland relating to contests and sweepstakes also apply to this Promotion, as provided and granted by the relevant English legislation. If you are acting as a consumer and if mandatory statutory consumer protection regulations in your country of residence contain provisions that are more beneficial for you, such provisions shall apply irrespective of the choice of Irish law. As a consumer, you may bring any judicial proceedings relating to these Programme Terms before the competent court of your place of residence or the competent court of Airbnb's place of business in Ireland. If Airbnb wishes to enforce any of its rights against you as a consumer, we may do so only in the courts of the jurisdiction in which you are a resident. If you are acting as a business, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Modification of these Programme Terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airbnb may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if the safety, fairness, integrity, or proper performance of the Promotion is at risk, taking care not to infringe on the rights of Hosts taking part of this Promotion and providing reasonable notice where possible. If anomalies are found in relation to the participation of a Host in connection with the Promotion, Airbnb reserves the right to conduct all necessary checks to verify the fairness and correctness of said participation.
