Our home is about 20 mins walk to town. There is an Indian restaurant & convenience shop across the road, Turkish restaurant, Chinese takeout & riverside restaurant within 10 mins. Take a lovely walk through Sudbury water meadows in to town. The annexe with outside decking is situated at the rear of our garden with access via stairs to a parking space(apologies but guests without satisfactory reviews will not be accepted) Sorry, no pets as we have a friendly cat and 2 dogs roaming the garden

We are adults only with exclusive hot tub. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Fox was designed to reflect the Dark academia aesthetic. The Fox is set within our small holding. 1 of our 2 transformed mobile homes. 2 min drive to the local pub/shop.
