Orchard Garden Cabin

We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is a decking area around the cabin with a fire pit plus table and chairs for dining alfresco or just enjoy the fresh air. We are surrounded by fields located about 1 mile from the village and pubs. You can head out for a county walk right from the door step. Several National trust properties in the area. As of May 2025, we have extended the drive way to make parking easier. Guests have space for one car to park on the driveway.

Entire converted stone coach house

The Coach House is a newly converted, open plan space with very good internet connection in tranquil wooded location on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. It is adjacent to, but detached from the main house Fairstowe and is ideally suited for family occupancy or a couple. Guests have the freedom of having sole occupancy. A 2nd bedroom can be created by closing a multifold door where a single regular bed is provided for one guest and a single fold-out bed is available for a second.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Green Park Farm Barn

In the heart of Mid-Sussex, our former dairy farm dates back to the early 1800's. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. Guests can enjoy countless walking and cycling trails from the front door. Brighton, historic Lewes, Glyndebourne, Hickstead and the South Downs are all a stones throw away. Gatwick is less than 30 mins by car and London a further 45 by train.

Forest Den is probably the closest accommodation to Pooh sticks bridge and set in the Heart of the Ashdown Forest with direct access into the famous 100 Acre Wood from AA Milne's Winnie the Pooh! NEWLY REFURBISHED. The annexe is a self contained bright studio of roughly 25 square meters with its private and secure entrance, close to the main house, so we are not far away for help and advice. We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
