A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Converted in 2018, Grade II listed The Lodge at Bridge House is a boutique, self-contained, 2 storey accommodation in central Petersfield, a market town in the heart of the South Downs. Attached to our family home but with private entrance and off-street parking, The Lodge offers guests a stylish living/dining area, a comfortable galleried king bedroom upstairs and outdoor seating area. Located 0.4 miles away from the bustling market town of Petersfield. Free Wi-Fi and self check-in available.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Homely Country Cottage -South Downs national park

A spacious cosy cottage nestled into the foothills of Steep hangars with stunning views from the fields and woodland around the cottage. The main living area is a light and airy space on one floor with underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds. Fold up bed and cot also available. Local pub is a five minute walk up quiet country lane. There is a small safely enclosed back terrace and front garden.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. Beautiful Blossom Bothy(self contained)

Bijou, comfortable single room garden cabin ( 1 superking bed or twins ) with kitchenette, excellent WiFi,TV and adjoining ensuite shower and WC, set in the middle of an SSSI within the South Downs National Park and accessed by an unmade bumpy track. Please note this is not a village location though pubs are about a 5 minute drive ( walkable with good footwear and a map ! ) A car or bicycles are favourable although we have accommodated hikers overnight.
