Charming Garden Room in centre of peaceful village

A delightful self-contained Garden Room in the peaceful village of Graffham with lovely rural views, being just a couple of minutes' walk from the popular village shop which supplies a large variety of fresh food and a continental breakfast, as well as walking distance from two excellent pubs. Its a wonderful base to explore the South Downs by foot or bike, or visit the antique shops of Petworth, Petworth House, polo in Midhurst, West Dean Gardens, Parham House, motor & horse racing at Goodwood.

Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. The cottage is newly renovated with many of it's beautiful original features restored. A beautiful cottage set in magnificent grounds

The Cottage at Grittenham Farm is a beautifully restored 17th Century milking parlour. It contains a lovely open-plan living room and kitchenette area, a stylish double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.

Our hideaway offers the perfect getaway. Soak up the peace and quiet, take in the amazing view and relax surrounded by ancient woodland, only 50 miles from London. "Watching the birds fly overhead, from the comfort of a relaxing bed. Watching the trees in the winds sway, all my worries seem faraway.
