We are on the unspoilt Roseland Peninsula, surrounded by fields and with sea views across to dramatic Dodman Point, the highest headland on the south coast of Cornwall. Ideal for walkers, we are less than a mile from the South West Coast Path. Although very rural, we are within walking distance of two pubs, the New Inn at Veryan and The Ship at Portloe. The village shop & post office are at Veryan for your added convenience.

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively pour yourself a glass of wine, relax and let the world turn a little!

Charlestown Cornwall amazing Sea view 2 bedroom

Salamander all rooms have wonderful views of the beach and bay.Charlestown has been the setting for many films including Poldark and many more Take a few steps up to Salamander and then you will find all on one level Lounge with fantastic views .Gas log effect fire .Go through to the wonderful dining/kitchen area with views out the sea.Master bedroom has a 5ft bed with uninterupted views of the sea.Bedroom two has two single beds Rare on site parking for small boat parking for one car only

This first floor little conversion is located in the most idyllic setting in the timeless hamlet of West Portholland where at low tide, the bays of East and West Portholland become one large expanse of sand. The accommodation is cosy and large sliding glass doors lead into an snug, warm open plan living, dining, kitchen area with a door leading to a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite shower room to the rear. A private balcony overlooks the sea and there is ample storage for kayaks.

A beautiful detached annexe set in the garden with your own entrance and wonderful views out to sea. Near Heligan Gardens and within walking distance to Hemmick beach and the South West coastal path. Own parking area and entrance with a few steps up to a terraced area and entrance to the annexe. Director chairs provided to take in the view. Small kitchenette (No sink or hob) with all the electrical provisions, including a fridge freezer.
