Step from the lively harbor side of a working fishing village into the haven of this stunning 18th-century converted net loft. With gorgeous designer touches highlighting the period charm, this home blends the 18th- and 21st-centuries seamlessly pairing a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with traditional oriental rugs and Asian accents. On the doorstep are an abundance of cafes, boutiques, restaurants and pubs. Provided, at no charge to guests, is a single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour car park located a short level walk of less than 2 minutes from your apartment. One of the most prominent and historic listed buildings in Mevagissey, Quayside has had a fascinating and diverse past. Over the course of its more than two centuries nestled between the centre of the village and the harbour it has served as a pilchard press, net loft, doctor's surgery and even as the premises of the local undertaker! Following extensive recent renovation it has been transformed into chic, comfortable and spacious apartments that showcase the character of the building. The two bedrooms in UPPER DECK, one containing a superking bed and the other king size, are topped off with high quality linen guaranteeing a luxurious nights sleep. The superking bed can be converted into twin beds, ideal for children, upon request. The king size bed has a warehouse door with Juliet balcony. The apartment possesses full kitchen facilities including Nespresso coffee machines, free WiFi, TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, and an Amazon Echo device. Generously proportioned wet room contains rain and handheld showers, and heated towel rail, whilst fluffy white towels are provided. Fully centrally heated. A single free parking place on the harbour is available upon request. Extra storage area on ground floor available for bikes, prams. Board-games, DVDs and playing-cards are available for the use of our guests. We generally stay in the same building and, when there, are available to assist you or try to answer any questions you may have during your stay. Mevagissey is a traditional fishing village with cobbled streets, quaint cottages, shops, and pubs. Charter a boat, cast a line off Lighthouse Quay, and eat local fish at one of the restaurants. The museum and aquarium are located nearby. Getting around is particularly easy out-of-season when smaller crowds and quieter roads make trips a breeze, and journeys to places as pretty as Penzance, Padstow, Perranporth and Polperro are perfectly possible in just a day! Popular destinations like Fowey (30 minutes), Newquay (45 minutes), Falmouth (50 minutes) and Truro (35 minutes) are always worth a visit, whilst St Austell (15 minutes) has a wide selection of supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Aldi, Lidl) as well as the nearest mainline train station. With plenty to see and do, and a great base for exploring further afield, Mevagissey is far more than just a summer destination. Hope to see you soon. A single parking permit for Mevagissey Harbour, located just a short level walk from the apartment, can be provided free of charge upon request. Unloading is directly outside on Middle Wharf, Fore Street or on the harbour in front of the Wheel House pub.

This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! This first floor little conversion is located in the most idyllic setting in the timeless hamlet of West Portholland where at low tide, the bays of East and West Portholland become one large expanse of sand. The accommodation is cosy and large sliding glass doors lead into an snug, warm open plan living, dining, kitchen area with a door leading to a lovely double bedroom with an ensuite shower room to the rear.
