Cosy Private Studio nr Nch Train Station + Parking

The perfect place to stay whether you are visiting family, here to work, on holiday or waiting for your new home to be built. Featuring a good sized lounge/bedroom, built in wardrobe. Just decorated with new carpet (2023). A bathroom with a bath and shower. A fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with an ice compartment, pots and pans. A new energy efficient boiler has also just been installed. Outside there is allocated off-road parking and pretty communal gardens.

Freshly refurbished, Georgian first floor 2 bed apartment in a historic town centre building. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

Dog friendly studio annexe in Beccles (dogs not to be left on their own). Double bed & sofa bed for lone travellers, couples & young families (not suitable for groups). Built summer 2023. On drive parking, WiFi & private courtyard - stylish and comfortable getaway 😊 Walk to town centre in 10mins, local pub in 3mins, outside swimming pool & River Waveney in 15mins & just 5mins to children's park, dog exercise area and Countryside. Nearest beach 15min drive. Great location for exploring!

The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn for great food & locally made drinks. Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

The Property was built in 1885, we having loving restored this building and have kept many of the Original features which can be seen, we've also given it a modern up to date touch,it has a Wonderful Outdoor Space where there is a seating area. It's decorated throughout to a very high standard. It's very Central just a 10 minute walk into the City Centre. There are great Pubs less than 2 minutes away where the Food Served is Fabulous @The Black Horse. Very Close to the Golden Triangle

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail.
