Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Riviera Shack

Great little spot. 200m from the North beach & River. 5min walk to central Riverton - supermarkets & cafes. You maybe able to bring your dog - please check with me first. Dogs need to be kept on a lead around our yard at all times (because of our animals). And they also need to be able to stay off the furniture. The Shack (and yard) are not child safe, please let me know if you have a young child with you. We are also on the Te Araroa Trail, so great for backpackers.

Set in a private situation with some water and mountain views, 2 minutes walk down to a secluded beach which is linked by a walkway to Riverton’s main beach. Fully self contained with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Multi channel sky tv, unlimited free internet , a free continental breakfast and even a coffee machine are features. Your utmost comfort is our aim.

Fiords Cottage, Manapouri, Te Wahipounamu

Welcome to Fiordland! View Street, Manapouri; turn south west on your travels through middle-earth! 300m from the Doubtful Sound jetty, our one-bedroom cottage overlooks Fiordland and the Waiau river and is complete with all the comforts, including a wood-burning fireplace for cosy New Zealand winter evenings. Perfect for couples- our cottage is not suitable for children.

Beautiful lake view of Manapouri from this comfortable and funky little house. Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.

Dusky Peaks Unit 2 (2 Bedroom)

Our two bedroom cottages are fully self contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Each cottage has two bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Our guests recommend a two night stay minimum in this area. Milford Sound and Doubtful Sound are renowned tourist destinations. Also walks in Fiordland National Park and a local bike trail. No cleaning fee.

Mararoa Cottage, Te Anau - peaceful, rural.

If you are looking for a beautiful rural setting (fifteen minutes drive from Te Anau and Manapouri), this little cottage could be just what you need. It has lovely views and is clean, cosy and well equipped. We have strict cleaning protocols and allow two full days between all bookings. Suitable for two adults but not for infants or children.

Wild South Beach Cottage

We are located at the south coast of New Zealand, 10km's from Tuatapere. The Waiau river flows right behind the house, perfect for fishing or enjoying a walk on the beach. The Hump Ridge Track is a short drive away. Your house is cosy, warm and light and has lots of character. There's only a few houses down here, so a perfect place to relax!
