Cozy house in a private residential neighborhood on a private road, come and enjoy the mountain views and serene vibe. Our house is by no means a party house, we have nearby neighbors and due to the location is very quiet at night. Our home is perfect for guests who are looking for a serene time instead of a place to get together to party. We would love to host anybody as long as they are respectful. King size bed on master bedroom, Queen on room 2 and twin on room 3. Superhost.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Studio w/Private entrance & parking. KING BED

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

There are endless paths for walking or riding bikes on the beautiful More Mesa preserve, short walk from the studio.
