Fully self contained and stand alone building, halfway between Nowra and Ulladulla. Only 3 minutes from the highway but far enough away to escape all the noise. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.

Rain Forest Retreat - 5 min from CBD

Quaint, private, self-contained cottage (studio) located on 5 acres. Just one other house on property (that my husband and I live in) which is barely in view. The property is an oasis of peace and tranquility, providing a welcome retreat after a day at the beach and only a very short drive to the CBD. Birds are always singing and wallabies often visit at dawn and dusk. No suitable for small children. Pets considered on a case by case basis. No parties.
