There is a kitchen, a wet room and an upstairs double bedroom (steep stairs) as well as a bench seating area outside. The garden entrance is separate to the house so you can independently come and go as you please. Located in the heart of vibrant, multicultural Easton, it's the perfect base for exploring Bristol.

This unique cottage has vaulted ceilings and consist of 1 separate bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen diner which is perfect for quiet nights in. For those warm sunny days the french doors lead onto a private patio with out door seating. Towels and bed line are offered in this accommodation. We are also able to offer our guests a parking space on our drive way, off the street behind an electric fence.

Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. As well as a golf course and Castle Combe race circuit. The Old library is a detached building full of character and charm. It dates from 1705 and has low beams throughout the property. It is spacious and has modern amenities for you to enjoy! We are a working farm with animals and children and can't wait to welcome you!
