　We renovated part of a house in Ichijodani to be exclusively for private lodging. 　It is conveniently located for walking around Ichinotani, with nearby Asaga Kasuga Shrine, which was the Asakura family's war victory prayer place, the Asakura family ruins of Shimosakado, the Asakura family ruins museum and JR Ichinotani station, the Asakura family ruins Karamon, and the restored street. There is a firefly spot nearby, and you can also find them on the premises. 　There is also good access to major tourist destinations in Fukui Prefecture, such as the Dinosaur Museum, Ski Jam Katsuyama, Eihei-ji Temple, Tojinbo, Shibamasa, and the Sand Dome. 　There are no restaurants, supermarkets, or drug stores nearby. The convenience store is also 2.5 km away. 　There is a moss garden on the premises and a lawn that is not well maintained, but if the timing is right, you can enjoy a private cherry blossom viewing and snow play on the premises. 　Because it is a rural area, there are insects and small animals around the facility and sometimes in the room. If you cannot tolerate encountering these, please refrain from booking. 　The capacity is 4 people, but it feels quite small for 4 adults. 　No smoking in the facility, including the toilet, bathroom, and under the kitchen ventilation fan. [What I want to tell you in advance] Hello, this is your host, Tsukamoto. Sakura-sho is a place for guests who want to spend their holidays quietly and comfortably. We may decline guests who want to make noise, such as parties. Only guests who can follow the manners and rules are welcome. [Facility Description] The price is the same for up to 5 guests for the entire building. (For 6 or more people, +1,850 yen per person. Preschool children who do not need extra futons or towels are not included in the number of guests) High-speed Wi-Fi is available. The floor plan is 3LDK, and you can enjoy a BBQ outdoors. (You will need to bring BBQ ingredients, charcoal, and equipment such as a stove) There is a swing on the wooden deck. There is a hammock in the living room. And from the windows, you can see the great nature of Ikeda-cho from anywhere, and hear the babbling of the river and the chirping of birds. It is also convenient as a stopover point to the Dinosaur Museum and Eihei-ji Temple. [River Swimming] The Asaba River flows behind Sakura-sho, and in the summer, it is a hidden playground where local children come to play in the river. You can walk there. Onsen There is a hot spring facility called Kanjo that is a 5-minute drive away. There is also a sauna, and it is a place of relaxation for locals and tourists alike.

An old private house for rent just one group per day, surrounded by rivers and forests. Here, you can enjoy the time itself while wrapped in sound, fire, water, and stars. The music room has a grand piano, drum, guitar, and bass. In the pizza oven experience (extra charge), you bake authentic Neapolitan pizza, and at night watch the stars and the Milky Way surrounded by BBQs and bonfire fires. In the summer, you can play in the river just around the corner, and enjoy a tent sauna (extra charge) in nature. There is a former cafe full kitchen in the old house, so everyone can cook together or read quietly in the library. Feel free to spend every “time you like”. The bath is a ceramic bathtub with Shinraku-yaki. Relax your mind and body while being surrounded by the warmth of a wood-burning fire and the scent of cypress. "Hataba" is a DIY renovation of a building that was once used as a weaving factory (= hataba) in my family home, and is a limited edition inn. The living and dining room with beams and the space with a calm Japanese-style room are surrounded by the nature of the quiet mountain valley, and are popular with group travelers and guests from overseas. The entire inn is private, so you won't meet other guests, and the bath, toilet, and kitchen are all private. You can enjoy a private stay to your heart's content. The host (Ken) or family is always present in the separate building on the premises, and we have a system in place to support you if anything happens, so you can feel at home even if it's your first time here. Also, if your host Ken is at home, you can have a drink with him or talk about the local area. ⚠️ Please note The surroundings are rich in nature, so please refrain from booking if you are concerned about insects, frogs, cats, etc. The interior has a handmade floor with fraying, small holes, and cracks. Slippers are provided, but please refrain from using them if you are concerned. Although it is a private rental, please be aware that there are areas that are off limits (such as the second floor and the futon room).
