Villa holiday rentals in ECR Beach

I enjoyed staying at Gowthams place, in a quiet natural area, but close to the town.. He was very friendly and helped me out advice on the local area..

We stayed there for a night, the house was super clean and was located in a perfect place in ECR. The host, Praveen was very friendly and responsive. Overall a very great place! Will definitely recommend this to others as well!

Had a best time with family. Property is designed with a taste. The indoor lighting, wall colours and restrooms were felt like a work of Modern Love episode "Ninaivo Oru Paravai" art direction team. Lovely experience. The pool is small but 5 feet deep. Access to the beach is just 50meters walk and the beach is lovely. Our family enjoyed the time. Not many restaurant options nearby. The food provided by the caretaker is decent. They were polite and welcoming. Request to guests, pls treat the property as your own. Some groups are mis-using such properties with an attitude "Thats why we pay money". In 2 hours the caretakers have to clean everything inside out the property before next guest arrives. Despite the guests are provided with ashtray some threw the cigarette buds around the property. Such mediocracy is not acceptable.

Beautiful resorts with clean and pristine swimming pool. But its not private. it is shared between few other villas around the resorts. Location map is mentioned wrongly. it's about 35 mins drive from Mahabalipuram. But it's worth the drive and stay. I would strongly recommend to stay.

Some of us college friends met after more than 20 years and this place was spot on and we had a great experience and stay. Beautiful location, not too far from the city but still secluded. the beach is almost private with hardly anyone around. Swimming pool could have been a bit bigger though! Make sure to communicate with the host as he's very helpful and will provide whatever is required.

Very friendly and helpful host! They helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The area is not a typical tourist place, but a regular neighbourhood. The beach is not suitable for swimming, but it's nice to walk south along the water.

Amenities were good. Even exceeded our expectations. Our 2 day stay was very enjoyable. Will most certainly recommend this for anyone who wants to escape the cities

Beautiful property with a clean pool and great social spaces for chilling with friends/colleagues. House help was resourceful too. Have groceries and coffee nearby the property. Great place for a big group.

Very spacious and Good Villa that can accommodate 8/10 people easily, convenient parking space, good privacy and fantastic balcony. Well maintained beds and linen. Bathroom maintained fairly well. Good support from maid. Decent utensils in kitchen and had induction stove. Fridge was good. Swimming pool was decent and clean. Good space for playing sport and indoor cricket pitch was good.

The property was as described. located inside a peaceful & beautiful community. Enjoyed my stay there for the weekend. Ibrahim was responsive and clear with his instructions and very helpful. Will definitely recommend.

a quaint place for weekend getaway for family or group of friends

We really liked the place! The house is close enough to restaurants and shopping but also out of the noisy city. The house is furnished beautifully and the outdoor facilities were well maintained. Pool was always clean and the caretaker was attentive.

For travel families and friends should stay here while travelling . Exaland and beautiful house. Our children are very happy. Surely we will be visiting again.

This was a little secluded place but it is a gem once you get there. Raj was very much in communication with us all along our stay there to make it as smooth and memorable as possible. The care taker took care of all the little details and it was a very memorable stay in an very upscale property for us.
