Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Newly-built high-quality log cabin (newly-built in 2022) for 6 people. Log cabin in Dalarna and located on a headland in Helgesjön. Undisturbed location 25 meters to water. Outside there is a terrace on two sides of the cabin with both morning and evening sun and a barbecue area (campfire). The cottage has three separate bedrooms, one with a loft bed. Toilet-shower room and a large living room-kitchen open in the ridge with stairs up to the sleeping loft. Private jetty with bathing ladder at a comfortable distance from the cabin (20 m). New boat with motor.

Cozy cabin by the lake

We offer a whole summer cottage for relaxation. The cottage has a main building with a bedroom that accommodates a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with a gas stove, wood stove, refrigerator, dining area, wood stove and a sofa. The guest house, which is directly adjacent, has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the possibility to charge phones. There is a composting toilet indoors but we do not have running water. Drinking water, bed linens and towels are provided. The forest offers lots of berries and mushrooms

Rural location near Arvika

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Here you can row with a rowing boat, fishing and swimming at your own swimming area. Enjoy the sun on the patio and go for a walk in the woods. There is also a public bathing area, also in Kolsjön, which is located in the same lake as the private bathing area. Access to games such as kubb, croquet and badminton, as well as the option to borrow 2 kayaks, including life jackets and covers. If you want to go skiing, it takes about 30 minutes to Valfjället.

Walk down to the beach and the bathhouse with sauna and find peace.

Relax with the whole family in this unique home in a barn. This stylish and cozy studio apartment offers a smart floor plan with bright colors and a homely feel. The apartment also has a newly-renovated bathroom and access to a lake with its own swimming area, providing a perfect combination of comfort and natural accommodation. Here you have the forest as a neighbor with the possibility of hiking. 3 km to grocery store. 20 km to Arvika city center, bus stop 50 meters from the property. 30 km to Charlottenberg.

Relax with the whole family in this charming cottage with lake views! Here you have the forest on one side and Lake Ränken on the other side. There are 6 beds in total. Two double beds and a bunk bed, one of the double beds is in the guest house on the property. Large garden with two patios so you can enjoy the sun all day. If you want to take a dip, it's just a short walk down to Lake Ränken. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Barbecue grill, high chair, travel bed, sheets, board games.
