Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with children). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Closest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

The house is completely newly built and offers a cozy feeling to be able to descend into laps and enjoy a Värmland countryside close to hiking , swimming in the lake large emsen or go for cozy walks along long gravel roads in the countryside . The cottage is conveniently located for those travelling to Norway / or Stockholm / Gothenburg. Bed linen is available in the wardrobe in the hallway if you wish.

The farm is located high up, surrounded by a large courtyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach, there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming dock, canoe, kayak and rowboat to borrow.
