We had an incredible 6-night stay at Tai Farmstay with a teenager (angst included) and a senior citizen (wisdom included). What really sets this place apart is the superhero-level hospitality of Peter, Cynthia, and their kids. Location: Conveniently on a main road, 40 km from Coimbatore — close enough to civilization but far enough to feel like a retreat. Locality: Calm, serene, with a “middle of nowhere” charm. Rooms: 'Rustic' as mentioned in the description but equipped with all the essentials Ambience: Birds, peacocks, friendly dogs, plus a charming stream and waterfall nearby. You won’t miss the crowds! Food: Cynthia’s cooking is legendary. I suspect she could turn anything into a five-star meal. Sightseeing: A river for dips, scenic viewpoints, windmills, and plantations. Tips: Airtel struggles here, but Jio and BSNL perform well. House wifi is very stable and reliable. Stick to the house rules and help keep the place tidy, and you’ll enjoy a holiday worth remembering!

We had an unfortunate incident where we lost our bag in an auto in Kannur and didn’t even have the vehicle number, only the driver’s name from a GPay transaction. Thanks to Heber’s local contacts and willingness to help, we were able to find the driver and recover our bag within 30 minutes. We’re truly grateful—thank you for going above and beyond! Our stay at Kiara Cottage was an absolute delight. The rooms were clean and the hot air conditioning created the perfect environment for a restful night's sleep. Kamlesh is an amazing host; he provided us with great suggestions for cabs and restaurants, making our trip so much easier. The beautiful surroundings of the cottage greatly contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Plus, homemade delicious breakfasts — prepared upon request, were a lovely addition to our experience. I would highly recommend Kiara Cottage to anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant getaway, and I myself can't wait for the opportunity to return ❤️

Our group of friends celebrated our 30-year high school reunion Sosa. This enchanting resort exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the woods, this 120+ year old Kerala Tharavadu-style house offers a quaint, no-frills getaway from the city's hustle and bustle. The resort's rustic charm is beautifully preserved, with minimal essential upgrades that maintain its authenticity. Take a stroll through the woods and discover the serene river, perfect for a refreshing bath. The real star of the show is Manager George, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From waking us up for a river visit to arranging a massive dinner delivery, George's hospitality was exceptional. While the resort has an open kitchen, we recommend exploring local eateries, like the nearby Chaaya Kada for breakfast, and ordering lunch/dinner from KPM Residency. *Note: 3rd bedroom in outhouse*. Overall, this resort is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, rustic retreat without unnecessary frills

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The views were incredibly realistic, immersing us in the beauty of nature. The route to the stay from Ooty was stunning, making the journey itself a memorable experience. A special shoutout to Gokul Sir, who was incredibly calm, active, and always responsive. He ensured everything was arranged perfectly, including serving us food right on time—even amidst the dense fog. Thank you so much for your exceptional help, Gokul Sir! Tip for future guests: Try ordering food before 5 PM. The meals are prepared fresh, and even the ingredients used are of premium quality. Planning ahead will make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and well-managed stay!

The property is nestled in a serene area of Nilambur. It was exactly as described, and all the listed amenities were available. The flat was spotless. Moreover, Mr. Vasudevan was a warm and welcoming host. He was prompt in helping us with directions and made us feel right at home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

Kaladharan' place in Chandranagar is exactly the kind of home anyone from the US or Europe would desire in Palakkad. It is very very spacious and is as modern as they come. It has 4 big bedrooms, lots of living space and can easily house 8 guests. The place is impeccably clean and is well stocked with supplies; if you are missing anything, the property manager Sujit was just a phone call away! The access to the place can be tricky and the roads are not the best but it is an oasis in the noisy city of Palakkad. Again, Sujit was very responsive and very accommodating. I placed 8 of my dear friends here over the Christmas holidays and they said it was the best part of their trip. I intend to stay here next time with my extended family!
