Beachfront holiday rentals in Eden

We had an absolutely amazing short getaway! Our two-night stay at Doug & Chris's place was everything we needed - clean, stylish, peaceful, and full of good energy. The house has two balconies, each with its own vibe — the upper one with a beautiful open view of the ocean, and the lower one facing a lush, green forest with a roof overhead. Now, it rained a lot during our stay (we're talking full-on "sky forgot to turn off the tap" kind of rain!)😂, so if we wanted to sip tea while enjoying the ocean view, we'd probably need snorkels!😊 But honestly, the sound of rain and the cozy atmosphere made it all the more special. Everything in the house was so thoughtfully set up, with every little detail covered. It felt like one of those places where you just want to sink into the couch, sip something warm, and say, "Yep, 1 could totally live here." Huge thanks to Doug & Chris for sharing their beautiful space with us. Definitely going on our "must-return" list — rain or shine! Thank you guys

We had a great stay at Jennine's house at Broulee; it was spacious and comfortable for two families, including a fenced backyard. Our kids loved playing table tennis - and it was excellent to be able to be within walking distance of the beach, and only a short drive to the local shops.

My husband and I along with our adult children and their partners and our pooch 🐶 had a wonderful few days at Kerri’s place. Was such a comfortable house with lots of extras and beautiful views and lovely neighbours. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us Kerri. 🙏

Little patch of heaven! We had a fabulous time at Lyn’s, everything was provided to an extremely generous level. The spot is amazing with gorgeous views & such easy access to multiple beaches (including a dog friendly off leash) & walking tracks. The house is comfortable & cosy & the deck is definitely the spot to spend many an hour, especially with the welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. We took our 3 mini dachshunds who were safe in a large fenced yard. They now know the word beach and get very excited when they hear it. How wonderful to be able to have them with us without any stress or concerns. Thank you Lyn, we really appreciate your kindness & will definitely be return visitors. 💕🌸

What a gorgeous, authentic beach house. This isn’t a place that has been just done up to AirBnb - It has all the charm and character of a genuine family holiday house - With the most spectacular views! The master bedroom is HUGE with its own kitchenette, WIR and ensuite. The house is well laid out and they have thought of everything to make it comfortable for a families stay - from the coffee machine (although with the coffee shop a one-minute walk from the bedroom at the jetty I would just go down there) to the fridge with an ice machine to the basket loaded with wood to have an open fire. We have rented many places in Mossy Point and this was our favourite. And Kaylyn is amazing - The speed at which she replies and the care she has put into every detail to make your stay amazing is well appreciated. Highly recommend a stay here.

The house was aged but clean and comfortable. The location was great, very quiet and peaceful with lots of trees. We have 3 dogs who loved the large safe yard and also the reserve behind for long runs. Dog friendly beaches were minutes away. We would recommend a stay here.

Lyndall is a fantastic host. She gave clear instructions and lots of great tips on food and activities in the local area. We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and had everything we needed in a perfect location for a relaxing weekend away.

We absolutely enjoyed our time staying in this clean, well-kept unit in a fantastic location, with stunning views of the sea. We really appreciated Bob's outstanding hospitality, sending us an extensive list of things to do around the area, and checking in with us once we arrived at the unit to make sure that we were settling in without problems. Fantastic experience overall!

Beautiful apartment on the fish pen! Very close to the beach and within walking distance to the town center. I would definitely stay here again.

Great responsive hosts.Clean bright and airy unit with great outlook.Very quite.Perhaps a few more steps up to unit than expected but the outlook compensated for this slight inconvenience.Walk to beach and club and only short drive up the hill to excellent pub.

This is a fantastic AirBnB to stay in. Across the road from stunning Main beach. Jo is an excellent host, and has a lovely apartment. Loads to do with kids in Merimbula, and I would recommend Jo’s place to anyone.

The place was very clean and tidy. We were very impressed with what was supplied. We will definitely be going back next year. This is the second time we have stayed at this place and loved it. We love Tuross Head.

What a location! We watched the sunset over the water from the varandah and walked along the waterfront path for coffee at the boatshed each morning. We also walked into town and back for dinner, so convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

We had the best time. Lisa was superbly generous when we messed up our booking dates. We woke up to beautiful sunrises over the beach from our bedroom. Great place great little town and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!!

Stunning home in perfect location! The home has everything you need and felt very trendy and bright. Walk to coffee, beach, brewery and more. We will be staying there every time we visit the coast if we are lucky enough!

The house in Tomakin was very comfortable for our two families with kids. Lots of space, a good kitchen, good TVs and comfy bed. Two good beaches within walking distance and a short drive to the IGA.

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

We were three families, and this was easily one of the best stays we've had in a long time. The property was exceptionally well-equipped, with thoughtful touches far beyond the basics, clearly reflecting the care Victoria has put in. Victoria was a wonderful host, providing clear check-in instructions and checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. The beach was just a 4-minute walk away, and the full wall of windows offered stunning sunrise views, perfectly enjoyed from the comfy couch with coffee in our hands. Bedrooms were spotless and cozy, and the bathrooms were very clean, something which was one of our criteria. The outdoor BBQ area, with seating for 12, was a highlight. There are lots of toys for kids and good indoor activities as well. Thank you Victoria. We now know exactly where to stay the next time we're in Tathra.

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

This is a home with THE most breathtaking view!! We absolutely loved staying in this colourful and creative space. Everything is there that you will need. It was super comfortable and we especially loved making use of the the Yoga mats, ball and straps. Tracie is an absolute JOY to work with and we cant wait to come back!
